This home is in the ideal location for a family holiday. Just a short walk to beautiful Maslin Beach with its crystal waters and white sands. The property has sea views from both levels. Enjoy the summer evenings with a BBQ and glass of local wine on the balcony. The property has 4 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is upstairs with a Queen bed and Split System cooling/heating, B.I.R and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has queen bed with B.I.R. Bedroom 3 has queen bed and cupboard. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (from April 2020) and a cupboard.
Come and relax in this beautiful home or discover this district which is full of surprises. Its close enough for a day trip drive down the Fleurieu Peninsula, to the McLaren Vale Wineries restaurants or Goolwa via Port Elliot or Victor Harbor. Even Kang aroo Island isnt far away.
