Single level unit with no stairs inside, only 1 step to get in/out front door. 2 bedrooms, 3 comfy beds, 1 bathroom, 1 carport parking, huge wrap-around paved courtyard with outdoor seating, unlimited free wifi, laundry with washing machine & dryer. PLUS 2 reverse cycle air-conditioners (heat+cool) 1 in living area, 1 in bedroom 2 + ceiling fan in both bedrooms & upgraded insulation to help keep the home comfortable. Bed & bath linen hire included.
If you need help, simply reach out.
Campbelltown is known as a family friendly area. Lots of Italian cafes and restaurants around, multiple supermarkets and essential shops nearby so getting supplies and keeping your belly full any time of day will be easy. Plenty of local playgrounds (closest one is Unity Park just an easy 6min stroll down the street), close to Linear Park and very easy drive into Adelaide City (only about 15 min drive or approx. 7km).
You'll have exclusive access to the entire home (apart from the locked cleaner's cupboard) & private courtyard.
Maintenance access: The gardener will access the courtyard once every few months to keep the weeds under control. We will let you know when he is due to visit. He does not need access inside the unit, only the courtyard.
Public transport options include Uber, Bus, Taxi. The bus stop is located on Lower North East Road, very short walk around the corner in front of the shops. 1 bus will take you all the way into the city. Super Easy. Please check Adelaide Metro website for fare and timetable details.
