In the centre of Playa Paraiso, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 11:00-19:00). WC in the pool area, shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool. Shop, restaurant, café 250 m, bus stop "Playa Paraíso" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. Nearby attractions: Siam Park 11 km, Playa Las Americas 13 km, Masca 30 km, El Teide 59 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
