Villa la Paz is an exceptional accommodation for up to 6 people within a total of 4 private homes located in Las Moraditas, one of the quietest and most exclusive areas of the municipality of Adeje, in the south of the island of Tenerife.

The tranquillity of the natural environment that surrounds the property, together with the impressive panoramic views it offers of the south of the island and the neighbouring islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma, make this an idyllic enclave to enjoy a unique and unforgettable stay. Villa Karla is only 10km from the tourist areas par excellence in the south of the island, as well as from the main shopping centres and water parks, such as SIAM MALL and SIAM PARK, the latter recently catalogued as the best water park in the world. A wide range of gastronomic, shopping and leisure facilities are just a few minutes' drive from the accommodation. Villa la Paz consists of a single floor distributed in living room, fully equipped kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms with double bed and bathroom en suite, a third bedroom with two single beds and bathroom en suite, 2 toilets and a laundry room with washing machine. The house has been built with great attention to detail, in a colonial-modern style which gives it a very particular charm. Outside there is a porch with sofa and outdoor table, private swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi, heated and with massage jets, large terrace with solarium, sun beds and a Balinese bed, private barbecue area with fantastic views of the sea and the westernmost islands of the archipelago. The property also offers permanent internet connection via WIFI, satellite TV and private parking space within the complex.

House with a view

Immaculate property in a beautiful high location with amazing sea views. Spotlessly clean and comfy beds, all the facilities you could need. A translator app on your phone would be useful as the owner doesn’t speak English

Beautiful Villa

The villa was very clean, spacious and modern . It had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. The outside kitchen area was useful. The villa is up a very long, steep and winding road with a well made surface. We got used to it after the first couple of trips out and is certainly worth the view and peace. The only negative thing was that we had no towel or bed linen change during the whole of our 2 week stay. We would hire this villa again.
