Great semi-detached villa with 2 bedrooms with views of the sea and the mountains, one of them with an en suite bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the sunset, a spacious living room with an open-concept kitchen equipped with all services and appliances, a large terrace with a private pool , area to sunbathe and enjoy the barbecue. The house has a terrace in the wide part to enjoy the sunsets and nights with beautiful views of the sea and the island of La Gomera, without a doubt an environment to disconnect and enjoy the wonderful climate of the island of Tenerife. The house has Wifi service, satellite TV in different languages, alarm, safe and Smart TV

Beautiful Villa

Excellent villa, extremely clean & well equipped, felt like home from home, perfectly placed for shops & restaurants, great hosts, would recommend & we look forward to returning.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super. Besonders hat uns der Pool gefallen, der zwar klein, aber trotzdem völlig ausreichend war. Die Dachterrasse war besonders abends ein Highlight mit schönem Meerblick. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen, Parkplätze sind in der Straße vor dem Haus vorhanden. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Reihenhaus

Das Haus ist in sehr gutem renovierten Zustand. Die Übergabe war problemlos, das Objekt gut ausgestattet und erfreulich sauber. Der kleine, aber saubere Pool wurde von uns ebenso genossen wie die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenuntergang. Das 2. Schlafzimmer entspricht mit zwei 60 cm breiten Betten, keiner wirklichen Verdunklungsmöglichkeit und einem lauten Klimagerät nicht dem sonstigen Standard des Hauses. Wir hätten den Aufenthalt rundherum genossen, wenn nicht 5 Jugendliche in das Nachbarhaus gezogen wären, die unangemessen laut und rücksichtslos waren. Auf meine Bitte hat die Agentur mit dem Vermieter des Nachbarhauses gesprochen und so insbesondere die nächtlichen Auswüchse reduzieren können.
