Great apartment with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. It is located in a magnificent location a few steps from the sea and in one of the best areas in the south of the island, Costa Adeje. The nearest beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a beautiful walk and a wide variety of services, restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Everything you may need in just a few minutes.

This beautiful renovated and newly furnished studio (July 2024) is very comfortable and practical. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It has a double bed. An equipped and practical kitchen. A beautiful full bathroom. A living room, TV and an outdoor dining room. It also has a work space. From this bright living room you can access the terrace with beautiful views of the sea. You can also enjoy the sun and the incredible sunsets.

The complex also has a wide variety of facilities and services. It has 3 heated swimming pools, 2 of them large and 1 for children, solarium, bar, cafeteria, shops, laundry, etc.

Enjoy an ideal holiday by the sea, in a beautiful and comfortable accommodation with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
