Beautiful charming house in Playa Paraíso. Located in a unique and quiet rural environment within a private estate, it is an ideal place to disconnect and rest with the family. You can also enjoy nature, sun and tranquility in an incredible place near the sea and the beach, which are just a few minutes away.
This beautiful, completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with a single bed. The small bedroom with a single bed and a nice workspace has access through one of the double bedrooms. The house has a complete bathroom with a shower, a beautiful living room and a beautiful and practical kitchen. The living room, dining room and kitchen are very bright as they have large glass doors with access to the magnificent outdoor area.
On this wonderful terrace you will find ample space to enjoy the outdoors. It has a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa and an outdoor dining table where you can relax, have a drink or eat outdoors. There is also a great barbecue for those who want to enjoy it. This beautiful and spacious outdoor area also has two sun loungers and an outdoor shower available, ideal for cooling off. There is also plenty of space to play and hang out with the family.
On the way to the beach and the promenade you can find a wide variety of services, a shopping center, supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, cafes, bars, etc. Playa Paraíso is a lively and family-friendly area, with a variety of activities and entertainment as well as It is very well connected and a few minutes by car from other areas and beaches of interest.
