A quiet, luxurious and modern place 3 minutes by car from the beach and 10 minutes from Playa de las Américas. In the area there is a commercial offer of restaurants, shops and supermarkets, with a very good atmosphere for those who want to go for a walk or have a drink on one of its terraces.
