The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, garden and terrace, lift and carport. The upper floor offers a fully equipped modern kitchen, a guest toilet, a spacious living room leading to a spectacular terrace with glass balustrade and private infinity pool with overflow to enjoy the sun and sea views all day.
A private lift connects the 2 floors of the villa.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning and also has a sustainable aerothermal system that supports the production of domestic hot water (DHW).
High quality materials like Krion countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, biometric lock for the main door connected to mobile phone, fully fitted built-in wardrobes, interior and exterior lighting with led lamps complete the superb decoration of the house.
