Excellent duplex apartment for 6 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, WIFI and parking in a gated luxury (safely) in the Paradise Beach.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and + toddler bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with shower. How much TV, satellite (international channels), iron, washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and all appliances. Sets of towels, sheets and all the amenities to make the stay unbeatable.

It has 2 terraces overlooking the sea and 3 pools with private urbanization counts. Gardens, jacuzzi, WI-FI area, games room and table tennis are some of the facilities available to the urbanization that is completely closed and guard service night security.

The complex covers the expectations of a luxury development. Has a spacious pool with 4 pools, one heated and one for children. The pool area has a hammock a lot and has a bar where you can enjoy refreshments and meals while enjoying the sun. Gardens, WI-FI area, games room and table tennis are some of the facilities available to the urbanization that is completely closed and guard service night security.

Great place to stay

Property was very good and clean. The residential complex was very nice, the pool bar was excellent with great food lunch and evening. The heated pool was warmer than the others but was being resurfaced so only half the pool available. Luis and Dalila were very helpful. My only slight reservation is the 30 min walk to the majority of restaurants in the small resort. I hadn’t realised the resort is kind of split in two and you have to walk to the bottom (Roca Negra) until you can walk up to the other half. However, it’s €4 for a taxi so no hardship. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall great location and amenities for a family with young kids.

Theses condos are beautiful and the restaurant is reasonable and convenient. We appreciated the close proximity to some good restaurants on the ocean. It’s not really near a beach per se, but you can access the ocean on some great climbing rocks within walking distance. You really should have a car and there is a parking spot included in the rental which was perfect for us. The house itself was pretty well stocked - they even provided laundry soap and pool towels. The towels were pretty worn and rough though, which didn’t bother us too much but is worth noting. The only thing that was bit of a minus to the place was the couch. It is extremely uncomfortable, almost to the point of unusable. Overall it was a great space and I would definitely recommend it!

Perfect holiday for the kids

Fantastic compound with everything you need. Place was well stocked although could use a few more kitchen utensils. Dishwasher was very welcome! We loved everything apart from the noisy neighbours which could not be helped.

Perfect stay for our family of four. Plenty of space, and comfortable too. Pool area was lovely, staff were friendly and food was excellent. Also, a short walk to bars and other restaurants and close to bus stop for heading further. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

A lovely stay in Adeje Paradise

Easy booking process & communication with the owner. All amenities catered for at the apartment for a lovely stay at Adeje Paradise. Everywhere is clean & well maintained, great pool area & pool bar serving a variety of really nice food & drinks. There are also some nice restaurants in walking distance. We have stayed on the complex before & will definitely be returning again

Leider kann ich nur zwei Sterne vergeben, da die Beschreibung in mehreren Punkten nicht zutrifft.Die Wohnung ist kleiner als die angegebenen 110 mÂČ, und einige Bilder entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Zustand. Auf dem Balkon stehen zwei StĂŒhle (einer durchgesessen) sowie mehrere PlastikstĂŒhle. Auf der oberen Terrasse befinden sich zwei Holzliegen mit Ă€lteren Auflagen; die auf den Fotos gezeigten Sessel fehlen. Auch Wohnzimmer und KĂŒche sehen anders aus als abgebildet – insgesamt in Ordnung, aber nicht wie dargestellt.Im unteren Bad funktioniert die LĂŒftung nicht, sodass nach dem Duschen Feuchtigkeit im Raum bleibt und sich Schimmel gebildet hat.Das untere Schlafzimmer ist durch Bauarbeiten gegenĂŒber (sowie der Zufahrt zum Hard Rock Hotel) sehr laut. Zudem zieht durch die enge Bebauung teilweise Zigarettenrauch auf die Balkone.Die KĂŒchenausstattung war knapp (wenig Geschirr, zwei zerkratzte Pfannen). Große Teller passen kaum in die kleine SpĂŒlmaschine. Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng und nur rĂŒckwĂ€rts am Berg befahrbar.Ein klassischer Sandstrand ist nicht fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar.Positiv: Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich ausgestattet, und der beheizte Pool war sehr gut.

TrĂšs belles vacances , rĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e avec logement propre et fonctionnel. Espaces aquatiques spacieux avec soleil du matin au soir et super bar avec boissons et restauration ( plats et snacks simples mais trĂšs bons ) aux prix plus que raisonnables . La rĂ©sidence est proche d’une petite plage idĂ©ale pour les familles et de la roca negra avec bars et restaurants .

Un appartement agréable dans une jolie résidence

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour Ă  TĂ©nĂ©rife dans cet appartement assez spacieux pour une famille de 5. L'appartement est fonctionnel et plutĂŽt bien Ă©quipĂ©. Les enfants (17 15 12) occupait une chambre Ă  l'Ă©tage avec 3 lits simples et une salle de bain indĂ©pendante. Nous avions une chambre en bas pour les parents avec notre salle de bain. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les terrasses une en bas et une Ă  l'Ă©tage avec une petite vue sur la mer. J'aurais prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© une vue sur la piscine mais c'Ă©tait bien quand mĂȘme. Il nous a manquĂ© une petite commode Ă  l'Ă©tage pour ranger les affaires des enfants. Sinon nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© l'appartement qui est pratique en famille. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs sympa et le petit bar prĂšs de la piscine permet de se restaurer avec une bonne cuisine Ă  des prix trĂšs corrects. Nous Ă©tions dĂ©jĂ  venus Ă  TĂ©nĂ©rife et cette fois nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec la mĂ©tĂ©o car le soleil Ă©tait un peu absent mais nous avons visitĂ© et les vacances furent rĂ©ussies.

Leider entsprach das Objekt nicht den Beschreibungen. Die Wohnung ist sehr heruntergekommen (aufgeweichtes Holz am Bad-Waschtisch, zerbrochene Glaswand in der KĂŒche, Schimmel in der Dusche, DuschtĂŒr schließt nicht mehr, Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht richtig, Gartenmöbel entsprechen nicht den Fotos...) und insgesamt ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig (Schimmel in den BĂ€dern, BettwĂ€sche mit Flecken und Knittern sah aus, als ob sie nicht gewechselt wurde...). Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde erwidert, dass es dem Vermieter leid tut, dass wir nicht zufrieden sind und er jemand mit frischer BettwĂ€sche vorbeischickt (was zwei Tage nach unserer Reklamation auch passierte aber wir hatten sie inzwischen selbst gewaschen - immerhin war eine funktionierende Waschmaschine da).

Tres bonne communication avec le propriĂ©taire et la personne en charge de nous accueillir. la rĂ©sidence est trĂšs jolie, sĂ©curisĂ©e. Une piscine Ă©tait chauffĂ©e en cette pĂ©riode. La rĂ©sidence est un peu en retrait du centre avec ses commerces (15 minutes Ă  pieds). L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs propre. Les deux terrasses sont vraiment un plus. Seul bĂ©mol, le canapĂ© du sĂ©jour qui aurait besoin d'ĂȘtre changĂ©. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
