Bauarbeiten im Appartmenthotel

Leider wurden wir beim buchen des Apartments nicht in Kenntnis gesetzt ,das das Appartmenthotel renoviert wird.Durch Bauarbeiten (Lärm, Staub, Baumaterialien und Baumüll) konnten wir die Anlage leider nicht nutzen. Die Gastgeberin hat leider, in unserem Urlaub, auf Email unsererseits nicht reagiert.
