Welcome to our beautiful holiday apartment, where you and your family will find all the comfort you need for an unforgettable vacation. With modern finishes and large spaces, our apartment is the perfect place for your stay. Enjoy a large private terrace where you can share special moments with your companions, accompanied by a good bottle of Spanish wine. In addition, on the terrace you will find a 5x3 meter heated pool to enjoy a refreshing private swim with your family.



The apartment is bright and sunny throughout the day, with air conditioning for your comfort. Decorated with a beachy and modern atmosphere, it has a main room with a king-size bed and a secondary room with 3 single beds, all of them with a great set of bedding and large closets. The bathrooms are equipped with accessories and towels. In the living room, you will find everything you need to rest and that of your companions, while the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. We also have a parking space and free high-speed Wi-Fi.



Our community offers a gym to stay in shape and a large pool to relax. We are close to the beaches and the charming fishing town of La Caleta, with its well-known restaurants. Just a 5-minute drive away, you will find the tourist area of ​​El Duque and Fañabé, as well as an excellent golf course (Costa Adeje) and tennis courts within a 2-minute drive.

Our apartment is not suitable for young people looking to party, but it is one of the best places to live in the south of the island. Relaxing stay

The apartment was just what we needed for a week away in the sun. It had a great garden spot to get the sun throughout the day and it was clean with plenty amenities. A peaceful yet central spot. One setback was the a/c wasn’t very strong so we rarely had a cool place thankfully it was cooler in the evenings however in summer this would have been a struggle.

Ferienwohnung neben Tennisplätzen

Die Wohnung hat 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils en-suite Badezimmer, und noch 3. gästetoilette. das wohnzimmer hat eine küchenzeile und eine große Terasse. Die Wohnung liegt neben dem Trainingszentrum T3 und man kann tagsüber die Geräusche von den Tennisplätzen hören, was uns nicht störte, weil wir diese auch nutzten. Es gibt einen neuen Strand in 20 min Fußweg am Sheraton Hotel in Caleta. Ein Leihwagen ist empfehlenswert.
