Sehr laut und touristisch, überall!!

Im 9. Stock ist nicht für jeden angenehm, Aussicht nicht schlecht, aber genau zum Sonnenuntergang anderes Hochhaus davor :-(. 6 Tage warteten wir auf Reparatur des "schnellen internets", nichts geschah - dann sind wir geflüchtet. Das Einchecken war sehr schwer, man wollte uns nicht einlassen, weil 150 euro Kaution nicht gleich vom Konto überwiesen werden konnte, obwohl wir andere Zahlungsmögl.keiten angeboten hatten, wie bar oder paypal oder anderes konto, aber es mußte unbedingt vom visa-konto sein! Erst beim 3. Versuch klappte das per visa. Dann Problem mit Schlüssel, es gab zwar ein foto vom Safe, aber keine Idee, wo der sich befinden könnte! Zum Glück half uns ein Gast weiter. Die Strände sind zwar schön, aber ein Kiosk muss wohl den andern mit lauter Musik überbieten, ich konnte kaum das Meerrauschen hören - das ist für mich keine Erholung! 2 Hard-Rock-Hotels nebenan hatten Dauerbeschallung schon am Eingang (bzw beim Vorbeigehen zu hören), bei uns zum Glück nur leise Musik im Foyer u Aufzug.

Schöne Wohnung, aber Sauberkeit und Zustand der Einrichtung lassen zu Wünschen übrig

Die Fotos der Wohnung sind korrekt, aber schon etwas älter. Prinzipiell ist die Wohnung schön, aber viele Einrichtungsgegenstände und auch die sanitären Anlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Hier müsste dringend etwas getan werden. In der Dusche ist keine Ablage und große Menschen passen leider kaum in die Kabine. Zur Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war nur gesaugt, aber leider nicht gewischt. Alles etwas schmuddelig. Die Überwurfdecke auf der Couch war lange Zeit nicht gewaschen worden. Wir haben uns nicht darauf gesetzt. Balkonmöbel sind viel zu klein und ungemütlich. Eigentlich ein schönes Objekt, bei dem aber dringend investiert werden müsste.
