Front line sea view studio with breathtaking view from the balcony. Located in the residential complex “Paraiso del Sur”,

the studio offers a double bed, TV, wardrobe, dresser, well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The quiet terrace offers amazing views on the Atlantic ocean, La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro, as well as lovely

banana plantations in the area.

The studio is very bright, lightly decorated in red, black, white with zen elements. The view from the balcony is stunning.

Our guests can enjoy the sound of the ocean day and night in a very calm atmosphere. Private Wi-fi access available.

The residential complex offers free Wi-Fi connection and 24 hours security in the lobby. Our guests can enjoy free

access to community pool with sun beds and direct access to the beach.

The complex has 4 lifts and a swimming pool.

For arrivals after 22.30 there is a supplement of 20 euros to be paid on arrival.
