ONLY LOCATION ADVANTAGE

The hotel is located near the airport and you can many things on the near by. So, location wise the hotel is perfect. In regards to the rooms inside the hotel, it is very disappointing, there is hot water, the toilet and shower is very old, the rooms have bad smell , they provide only one old towel.the parking is very small and finally the hotel needs overall maintenance.

This hotel is a swindler. It is unbelievable that Hotels.com still let this hotel appear on their website. Even though I booked it and made prepayment via Hotels.com and showed the printed email to them, they required me to pay at their site too. I asked if this is the standard procedure for them to require the double payment and request us to ask the refund from Hotels.com, and they said YES. When I asked the refund to Hotels.com later, apparently they refused to refund. Basically they are lying to the customers and showing no morality. I strongly hope no one would experience this during their visit to beautiful Ethiopia, so I decided to write this review.

Our stay at Kenenisa hotel started of badly. There is some problem with Hotels.com and the hotel. After an extensive time, they found our payment from hotels.com and we were welcomed in the hotel. If the check in wasnt so bad, i would give the hotel 5/5. Really nice staff, great location and nice rooms.
