Everyone at the hotel was very nice and friendly. Customer service was amazing and beyond I expected. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception was very welcoming and pleasant. Receptionist Tigist, Thank you for making my stay @Harmony unforgettable. I would definitely recommend Harmony Hotel and I will be back again.

Lobby, restaurant, and pool on the first level are nice, but when I get upstairs it is not as well kept. Dingy walls in the hallway and in my room. Edges of the wallpaper were slightly coming up in a few places in my room and there was water damage or mold underneath in one corner from what I'm assuming comes from a crack/leak from the shower on the other side where moisture is getting through. Another issue I had was when I showed up for the provided breakfast on the first day (of 9) and the food was quite subpar and flavorless, which kept me from returning any of the following mornings. Also, have to say that the mattress in my room was of poor quality and not very supportive. My stay wasn't necessarily the worst experience... The room was a decent size and the bathroom was updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were responsive when I needed help with the safe, when I had to borrow an iron, and when I required a shuttle to the airport. However, I will surely be looking for accommodations elsewhere the next time I'm visiting Addis.

This stay was by far disappointing. When I walked into the lobby, it was nice, the staff was nice. But as soon as you turn the corner to go to the rooms, it hits. The walls, carpet is dirty and old and stained. The rooms are terrible. The bed is hard, the bathrooms are old, barely works, and sheets and linen stained. the only good thing is the location is central and the staff is nice. But I would never stay here again
I was impressed with the timely early check in at no extra charge when my flight arrived at 7 am. The room was comfortable, but the shower was not as hot as I would have liked. The gym/spa were lovely and state of the art. We also had a meeting at the hotel and the facilities were fine. Staff was very helpful. I did, however, get sick from some juice at the hotel and some of the water in the minibar had been refilled from the tap. Just take care with food and water.
