The hotel staffs were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early. The rooms were clean, very comfortable., The staff went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The gym, spa, and pool are the best in the city. I used it every day. The location is in the center of everything within a 2-mile radius of this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Addis Ababa.
Horrible service, specially room service, wrong order and not helpful
A very nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful people. Kudos to Michael and all the other marvelous personnel! Their pick-up service to and from the hotel is fabulous. What makes it VERY special is their massages. That alone is enough reason to come back. As a matter of fact, we once had a long stop-over in Addis and arranged to be picked up for a massage. Just fabulous!
Everything was amazing, no complaints whatsoever. Staffs are very attentive to all of your needs. You will not have anything to worry about at the Capital Hotel & SPA. Service is excellent all amenities are clean staffs are outstanding and food taste amazing. I highly recommend the Capital Hotel & SPA.
