Staff was very accommodating when I requested a room away from hustle and bustle of Bole. Breakfast options are solid, room service is tasty. Looking forward to staying again.
The hotel is located in a lot of restaurants and 10min drive to museums parks. The room was outdated but staff made our stay amazing. Everyone was very tentative, helpful and welcoming! We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and well maintained hotel. Modern amenities. Excellent location. Single rooms are very small. Barely had enough space for suitcases. Dining room staff not as friendly or as accommodating as the staff at the reception desk. Overall, reasonably satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Likely will explore other options when I visit Addis later in the year.
