"3 night stay. Check-in was quick and easy, desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Towels were an issue during our stay. There were 3 of us but we only received enough towels for 2 people at check-in. We were placed in an accessible room with a roll-in shower, the water splashed all over the floor and we needed several more towels to dry and prevent injury. Housekeeping came daily and took our trash and towels but did not leave us any clean towels. We were attending an outside festival and it was over 100 degrees so we were taking extra showers. When we would ask for towels in the evening, we were made to feel like an inconvenience to the front desk. Air conditioner worked great to keep the room comfortable with the excessive heat, but it was still quite humid and there was a dehumidifier in the room that we had to empty several times a day. Hotel room was quiet, good programming on the tv, beds were comfortable, we slept very well. Good breakfast options. Pool was open and well-maintained."
