In the middle of the gentle hills of the Marche lies our completely renovated, century-old country house "Casale del Colle". There we rent 2 lovingly maintained holiday apartments, where you don't have to do without comfort. With their sweeping, breathtaking terrace views, both apartments create an atmosphere where you can really unwind: surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, certainly a place for relaxation, for everyone who loves the original Italy. Pure vacation!
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include an electric kettle and a dining table. Change of towels is available on request.

Colline marchigiane stupende
Direi come un albergo a 5 stelle,pulizia e confort,arredamento scelto con gusto.
Stupendo il terrazzo con vista a 270 gradi sulle montagne e colline, ottimo come relax. Una bottiglia di buon vino e frutta per gli ospiti.
Nei dintorni paesini con borghi stupendi oltre al mare poco distante. Lo consiglio .

Casale del colle
Appartamento molto carino il meteo nelle colline marchigiane. Visita fantastica. Distanza dal mare (Grottammare) circa 20 minuti ma ne vale la pena perché i parcheggi sono gratis. Esperienza bellissima probabilmente ci ritorneremo

Einfach traumhaft
Die Lage und das Haus sind einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sehr sauber und dazu noch mit einem sensationellen Blick über die wunderschöne Hügellandschaft der Marken. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind immer hilfsbereit, sehr sympathisch und bei Fragen stets mit Tipps und Anregungen zur Stelle. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen, können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder hierher zurück.
