Minuspunkte: Die Matratzen ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Eckbank als einzige Sitzgelegenheit war nicht sehr bequem. Pluspunkte: Die Küche war relativ gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Alles sehr zentral. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Betreuung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Der Backofen hatte kein Backblech, die Töpfe keinen Deckel. Im Bad lief das Wasser nicht ab, wurde aber umgehend behoben. Es gibt keine Abzugshaube über dem Herd. Eine Heizung habe ich nicht gesehen. Die Spülmaschine musste jeden Tag laufen, da nur für vier Personen Geschirr im Schrank war. Das schlechtes WLAN. Was sehr gut gelöst ist, sowohl Haus- als auch Wohnungstür sind über einen Code zu öffnen. Die Verwalterin hat sich gut um uns gekümmert.

Tolle Lage in einer wunderschönen Region

Die Wohnung ist sauber und liegt günstig. Fussläufig ist der Achensee in 15min zu erreichen. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es gleich nebenan. Die Zimmer sind spartanisch eingerichtet, es ist aber alles da was man benötigt. Der umlaufende Balkon ist nicht direkt an der Wohnung aber über den Flur erreichbar. Hier gibt es auch Sitzmöglichkeiten. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Kommunikation zwecks Übergabe findet im Spar Markt nebenan und das klappt super und Problemlos. Toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Region.

Praktische Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet und für 2 Personen ausreichend. Uns fehlte allerdings ein gemütliches Sofa, auf dem man abends nach einem Wandertag ausruhen kann. Die zu erwerbende Achenkirch-Card kann abgeschafft werden. Zu teuer für die wenigen Angebote, die man bekommen könnte, wenn man sie richtig nutzt (was auch online nicht ausreichend erklärt wird). Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und auch gerne wieder ins Haus Wellnest, da es sehr zentral liegt und von dort aus vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist!

Es handelt sich um eine einfache, ältere, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Fenster sind entweder so undicht das es durchregnet oder zu verzogen das sie sich nicht einmal öffnen lassen. Wir waren zum Skifahren in dem Ort. Leider gibt es keinen Skiraum und warum das Wellnest heißt ist mir ein Rätsel. Von Wellness gibt es da keine Spur. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt sehr zu wünschen aber zum Einkaufsmarkt sind es nur 2 Min zu Fuß. Die Nebenkosten mit 2,30€ pro Tag und Person sind zu teuer.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer tollen Gegend. Netter Kontakt zur Verwalterin. Der Achensee ist problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und beim Fischerwirt kann man super und preiswert essen.
