Awful experience

I got to the hotel and these people are telling me they haven’t received the money and I cannot stay, it’s so unprofessional because I called her several times when I was on the way and I have a payment receipt. I am new to this country it’s late and that was my last money?! She said I should pay again or contact Hotel.com as she doesn’t have the money, by this time it was almost 11pm and she let me go out on the back streets of GHANA at that time despite seeing my receipt - Horrifying experience

The worst hotel i have everbooked through expaedia.The place doesnt look clean.The environment too is bad and rough.Not up to standard.Yhe bed wasnt queen as promised.Not safe to use upstairs because those tiles are too sharp on edges.The restroom abd the room itself needs doesnt meet standard.Very old dirty look towel was given
