Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Rezervasyonumu 1 yatak odalı daire ve salon olarak yapmama rağmen, bana bunun yerine stüdyo daire verildi. Ödediğim hizmet ile bana sunulan hizmet tamamen farklıydı. Konaklama süresince sürekli elektrik kesintileri yaşandı. Asansör arızalı olduğu için tüm eşyalarımızı 4 kat boyunca yangın merdivenlerinden taşımak zorunda kaldık. İnternet ise neredeyse hiç kullanılabilir durumda değildi; sürekli kesiliyor, bazen tamamen çalışmıyordu. İlanlarda gösterilen fotoğraflarla verilen dairenin hiçbir ilgisi yoktu. Reklamlarda sunulan konaklama ile gerçekte verilen yer arasında ciddi farklar vardı. Bu durumu bildirmemize ve çözüm talep etmemize rağmen ne uygun bir alternatif sunuldu ne de ücret iadesi yapıldı. Bu yaşadığım deneyim tam anlamıyla büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Verilen sözler tutulmadı, müşteri memnuniyeti hiç önemsenmedi. Benzer bir mağduriyet yaşamak istemeyen herkese bu tesisten uzak durmalarını tavsiye ederim.
