Located inside cantonments, you will be close to all the best restaurants and eateries. You will be about a 20mins drive away from the nearest beach and about 10mins drive from the famous Oxford Street.

You will have all 65sqm space to yourself which is the largest flat 1BR unit you will find in the entire complex. You are welcomed by a very comfy living area, well equipped kitchenette and a dinning area which can host up to 4 adults. You will also have access to and 59" LG Smart Tv and superfast Fiber Internet.
Your bedroom comes with a large double sized bed which can host 2 adults. Washrooms are very neat and well maintained. You have the options of having cold or hot baths. The balcony of this apartment is large overlooking the court yard and pool. It is also furnished with a beautiful balcony set with seating space for 4 adults.
