TERRIBLE! We arrive at the Mirage and the security service stops us and says: if you want to come in you have to say the room number otherwise you can't come in, at 40°C! After an hour a manager arrives, Noemi, a young girl with little experience, kind, and says that due to maintenance it is not possible to sleep at the Mirage, but in another place, very far from where we had booked! Mrs. Noemi says: if you have to go out I will organize the taxi transfer for you, from the Embassy Gardens Hotel to the Mall, so I take it for granted that the next day it will be at the company's expense since we were forced to sleep in another hotel! Instead Noemi replies that these were not the agreements!!!
