My stay at this Hotel was just okay. While the accommodations were decent, I experienced inconsistent communication with staff and felt there was a bit of nickel and diming throughout my visit. I’m still waiting on my deposit to be returned, which has added to my overall disappointment. The experience could have been better with more transparency and professionalism. When I return to Accra, I don’t plan to stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority. The room was immaculate, with a spacious layout and modern appliances that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft yet supportive, complemented by superior bedding that made for restful nights. The decor was both tasteful and modern, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also took full advantage of the clean, air-conditioned gym, which was impressively well-equipped for a hotel facility. The pool area was stunning and provided a relaxing escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The waitstaff were exceptional—always helpful, courteous, and eager to ensure our experience was perfect. For the quality and amenities offered, the cost was very reasonable.
