The Kempinski Team is very supportive and proactive. They take customer needs very seriously and they never disappoint! I will highly recommend this wonderful Hotel to everyone who decides to visit Accra, Ghana.

It's a bit of a cliché but the Kempinski really is a quiet oasis of calm and good service in the middle of Accra. The pool is wonderful and the food is excellent - particularly in the first rate Lebanese restaurant. It's not cheap but it is worth every cedi and the rooms are clean and spacious with their polished wooden floors. But a particular word of praise for a couple of exceptional members of staff. If you are eating in the main buffet then look out for Adrien (French citoyen with fluent English) and in the housekeeping department Isaac is a top man.

I really so excited to found one restaurant like that serving my home food levantien food it's really amazingly and tasty food and good service and big thank to chef tanbour he let me taste again my hoom food since 7 years traveling in West Africa this is the first time. Thank you kempinski to present this chef

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the time you have in the lobby and see the presentation of the lobby is absolutely stunning. This carries into the bedrooms which are very well maintained and even have small balconies. The breakfast is absolutely delicious with an open seating and very welcoming feel. The staff always has a smile and takes very good care of the or guests! Great for business or pleasure and very secure front door as wel

We went to Cedar Gardens on Saturday night without knowing what to except. Absolutely amazing Arabic food. Chef Mohamed is a hidden talent. If you have not tried it out as yet, you are missing out. This is the best so far in Accra.

I came to Ghana with high hopes after spending a long week of meetings in Abidjan where my room had no air conditioning. The Kempinski hotel shuttle picked me up at the airport with cold water and an air conditioned van. It was heaven. Linda checked me in with a huge smile and gave me a wonderful room. Just as I began to unpack, Gifty knocked on my door for turn down service. She check on me each evening she worked, and made me feel at home. Jennifer at the front desk extended my check out until 8pm for my 10:30 pm flight for a half-day rate. The staff was very professional without being intrusive, I felt safe and most of all, slept very well each night as I went into Accra for meetings each day. I will return again to this hotel.

It was a nice experience to have dinner in Cedar Gardens , we selected the Chef Category. It was a Jordanian dish with a traditional touch. The starters was amazing too. A thanks to the Jordanian Chef Mohammad and the lady who served us , Abigail.

We had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous hotel last weekend and absolutely loved it! The staff at the desk, in the restaurants and everywhere were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, the range of options at breakfast were unheard of! The rooms were clean, luxurious and beautiful, with all the facilities you'd need. The room service was quick and efficient. The pool was great fun and looked beautiful with drinks by the bar at night. The best and only option if you're looking for a nice hotel in Ghana! Props to Diana and Victoria for having us at their wonderful hotel and making it a stay to remember!

This is a five star hotel and have anything you can think of. From the reception to the room is full of excitement. The service is excellence. The buffet have variety of food and drinks. The location is very good. The room is very tidy and I can't forget about the bed and the pillow. Very comfortable

Stayed here last week and I have to say the level of service was fantastic. The pool and overall facilities were top notch and I have to say this ranks as one of the best hotels in Africa. Special thanks to Victoria and Diana for such a great stay.
