Beautiful 5 bedroom apartment beachfront in Mexico! Located on the prestigious Avenida Costera de las Palmas, this luxurious condo offers breathtaking ocean views and the ultimate comfort for a relaxing vacation.
All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the maid's room is ideal for bringing your own staff or nannies for the children, even many guests use it depending on the number of people.
Daily cleaning is mandatory. The amount charged covers up to 8 days' stay. Excess days must be paid for via Resolution Center.
You have everything included to make your vacation unforgettable, the beach club is private and luxurious. There is transportation in golf carts throughout the resort. The location is ideal and the main attraction is the proximity to the shopping center La Isla, there is a special door 20 meters from the tower to cross to the mall, you can easily take strollers and children without the need to take a car. At night it is very practical, Harrys restaurant is practically in front of the apartment and the SHU is 50 meters away.
The complex is designed for families, it has all the amenities for children and adults, clubhouse with fully equipped gym, Spa with 7 massage cabins and shower, steam, sauna, outdoor playground, toy library, games room with billiards and ping pong, 2 pools, garden and beach club, as well as courts for all sports.
Beachfront Location: Step out onto the balcony and soak in the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The beach is just a few steps away, offering endless opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. To go to the beach club you must request the golf cart to pick you up. The beach club has restaurant and bar service, and also allows access to children.
