Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Not what is advertised. very unfriendly staff. Slept in darkness n heat, sweating for 3 days in a row and they refused to put on the generator. The property is very unclean with cockroaches, blocked bathroom drains, no kettle or iron in the room. We had to use ours. The facility is horribly poor
