Location was excellent for fun attractions for families. The condo was clean, well-stocked and as pictured. If you like firm beds the one in the master is spot on. My husband loved it; I prefer a softer mattress which was found in the room with 2 beds. So, there is sleeping options for any type of sleeper. We would stay again.

Customer Service was utterly unhelpful. In addition, within fifteen minutes of the check-in, we reached out to customer service informing them that we had not received the appropriate number of towels. They claimed they were unable to deliver the towel nor the bedding that we needed until the next day. This response took nearly five hours of back and forth to receive. They are very stingy, allowing only one towel per guest per stay, so if you’re staying more than a few days, I would highly advise choosing another location. The apartment itself and the pool facility were nice, but other than that dealing with the Customer Service and just trying to receive the basics was nearly impossible.
