Stayed here over NY period. Absolutely loved it: everything was superb from interior to hotel food and service. Special thanks to butlers Antony and Gary, you guys were truly outstanding. Looking forward to coming back for NY period of 2019.

Very cold welcome at check-in reception, where nor the attendant or the manager took attention of our request for a room with special access. None of the three rooms booked was ready on time (4:00pm only). No care given to us as SPG members. Arrogant attitude of a reception manager/staff proud of their hotel but not able to create a client approach atmosphere. We will not come back as hotel guests nor will we advise our friends, colleagues and business partners to become guests. In addition, the sports equipments are poor at a time when the hotel is supposed to welcome families. Example: only two hard board rackets and one ball for 375 rooms ! The second day the ball was missing and the sports desk blamed the guests who do not brought it back instead of finding a solution to get at least a new one !! Once again, no client driven approach. We enjoyed the rooms and pool bar staff.

We stayed at the St. Regis Resort with a large group of family and friends and we have had the best times. It's a big resort, so I guess it's pretty hard to make a cosy atmosphere but nevertheless we liked it. We booked the premium sea view rooms, those rooms are big (with a nespresso machine :-), the beds very comfy, and the bathrooms were amazing. We loved it. The staff in this hotel is very helpful and very kind. The restaurants were really good, and the Asian restaurant Sontaya was absolutely wonderful and so delicous! We loved the terrace and the bar near Sontaya, and we also enjoyed to sit outside on the terrace of the Manhattan Lounge. It's a pity the Buddha Bar wasn't open yet, it must be great to have a bar like that near the swimming pool and the beach. At New Year's Eve there was a Big party, and we all enjoyed it, delicious food, good music, big dance floor, and fabulous fireworks to see from the terrace. We had a marvellous and relaxing time staying there, and we'll recommend this hotel if you want to go to Abu Dhabi and spend some time near the sea.

Paid a pretty penny to stay here for 3 nights and don't feel we got good value at all I'm afraid. The property is stunning and the rooms fantastic, but the service just isn't up to standard for a hotel in this price bracket. Most of the staff were fantastic, but check out was a 30min ordeal. Something as simple as paying part of the bill in cash and the rest on my card resulted in big issues for them. My card was overcharged and I was told by the supervisor that a refund could take up to 15days. I let this go in the end as the member of staff who'd made the error was becoming upset and I just wanted to get out. Our biggest issue was the fact there are currently building works going on by the pool. Hardly a relaxing place to be. While I appreciate the reason for undertaking these in the low season, we were not advised in advance and the price certainly did not reflect this. We also experienced some issues in the steakhouse, 55&5th, but I have left a separate review, so won't elaborate here. I notice some of the other reviews under this hotel are actually referring to the other St Regis in Abu Dhabi. Wish we'd stayed there.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights, and did not want to leave. From check in to our butler to restaurant staff, everyone treated us like royalty. Our butler went out of his way to look after us, and even made a Happy Anniversary banner for us, which really touched our heart. The breakfast is lavish. We ate at the Thai restaurant and the steak resteraunt. The food at both places was exceptional, the only fault i could find is that the steak restaurant had live music, which was too loud for the size of the restaurant. If you are outside it is okay, but we were seated inside right infront of the singer, and not only was it loud, its not comfortable eating or talking, when someone is looking over you all the time. I think smooth instrumental music might be a better option for that room size. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we will definitely be back to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at St. Regis Saadiyat. The rooms were beautiful, the beach big and nice, the food tasty and various and the stuff very friendly. We made some fantastic trips which were well recommended by the hotels travel consultant Mayur Rohira from Rayna Tours.

The only reason we chose this hotel was that it has a big beach and an open sea (in comparison with other splendid hotels in Abu Dhabi). The hotel is big but not too large and has some kind of spirit. The wood dominates in the interrior of the hotel as well as of the rooms and they look already oldfashioned. I must say I would give only 3* for the rooms and 5* for the bathroom with that wonderfull bath with a sea view. The beds were mega comfortable. The rooms are very good isolated - you won't hear your neighbours. The environment is nice and one can take a walk if it's not too hot. The pools and the beach open at 8 and this was rather dissapointing for us as we get up early. However, the service was splendid. You get ice cold watter, iced towels and friendly smiles. With regards to the food, I can say that breakfast and dinner Buffets offered a good variety of meals of good quality. International as well as tasty arabian. Summa summarum - the sea, beach and pools - 5*, environment and food - 4*, Service 5*

2 hours for check in 30 min to get a drink served in the bar the service is overall far below standard compared with st regis in Bali or NYC, this is more like a Hilton kids club is very good quality of food is very good

It was our first stay in Abu Dhabi and this hotel gave us an amazing experience. From our beautiful room to the adult pool being quiet we had 4 days of bliss. Everyone is incredibly helpful and the hotel while busy as over New Years weekend it seemed to absorb and run really well. You need in peak season to book dinner as otherwise hard to get a table. Also sea view rooms are a must as view is spectacular. Love to come back but next time will explore more of the city.

Fantastic hotel all around. The rooms are enormous. The service is extraordinary. The butlers actually care that you are taken care of. The concierge will make every reservation for you with ease. Great beach front property. Amazing views of the ocean. Fantastic food. Great bedding. Great spa, reasonably priced. Only complaint is that saadiyat island is somewhat secluded from the rest of abu dhabi, but thats the choice you are making to stay on saadiyat island.
