Fantastic hotel and the main thing that makes me feel it’s fantastic is the staff, they remembered me from my last stay and any problem or concern I had they would help me and attend to me straight away! It’s the little things that matter and the customer service there is excellent! A special thank you to Ashok from the bell service, I hadn’t even got out of the taxi and he saw me and remembered me from my last stay there! On my stay it was a shame they had construction going on as it was quite noisy but when that will be finished it’s one of the best hotels in AUH! I will be back soon! Keep the customer service high as not many places anymore have this still! Miss Emma!

My only grumble is there isn’t anywhere to have a nigh time drink outside, you have to eat at one of the restaurants or are stuck using the inside slightly uninspiring bar. A sunset type bar, and there is plenty of space for one would round this hotel off! Couple call outs, I was an early checkin and Mary did a fantastic job accommodating and getting my room early. Also the incredibly smiley and friendly Ibrahim pool attendant, and forgive me I didn’t catch his name, but your front of house gent with glasses and a beard was so attentive and friendly. All of the staff were amazing, I’m just mentioning those I interacted with more than once and that stood out. Bravo!

Third Time back and the Ritz Carlton does not disappoint, the staff at the RC are simply fantastic giving the best level of service across the board. The hotel is located and presented as you would expect, the facilities are outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as it is quite frankly the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Excellent Property with Splendid Service

It’s a lovely property with INCREDIBLE service. We stayed few nights to celebrate an occasion and were very impressed by the focus on service and hospitality. Special call out to Elena at the reception and Abhitosh at the restaurant who were too nice. There were others too (Salman at entrance, Christopher with the luggage) and we did not find one person who was not warm or helpful. Sitting by the canal side, they had complimentary lollies, water, sunscreen and sunglasses cleaning service! Property itself is very opulent and well kept. Great assortment of restaurants and food options. Lots of open space around the property to take walks. The gym is one of the best gyms I have been to with plenty of space, open views and nice equipment.

Great All Round Hotel
