Excellent place to stay. We had a two bedroomed apartment for a week. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Superb value for money,in a great location. Close to local shops, restaurants, beach, taxi rank and local bus terminal. Also visited Emirates Palace,5 minute taxi ride away. Staff very helpful and friendly. Overall would highly recommend. Thank-you.
We were very happy here. We had a 10 day stay over and couldn't of had a better look location. The apartment was big and suited ur family four. The service at the cent disk was excellent. The only issues we had were unreliable internet service and room keeping did give us four towels each day, only two or three. However, it still rates highly and I would go back in a heartbeat. Great love location as well.
Before I start the review, have to say that the operator manager helped me and my family so kindly and promptly that I know they can't do anything more to assist.. So thanks millions I am currently staying for a week with my family. I stayed here in 2014 in a two bedroom apartment and I have to say the rooms conditions became so...Smelly, not cleaned properly... Everything smells so bad.. We are staying in one bedroom apartment, where a small kitchen, office and living room are provided. The furnitures are not that new anymore same for the sofas. Bed linen and towels smells very bad and their pale color is not really helping to make me feel comfortable. Goûter wasn't done properly. Bathroom is too small, shower curtain is yellow... We didn't have e out towels even though they know we are four guests... The general state of the room could be more pleasant if they only focus on those pints especially when you stay on a long week. We did the booking through the hotel which, except for the manager who changed our room quickly from a very smelly to a less smelly one, didn't even bother offering an upgrade or clean amenities. Yes the location is ideal, o am a regular customer of abu dhabi hotels and this one won't be part of my coming back list.
Located in downtown. easy access to malls and restaurants.. Moreover clean rooms and good service... Apart hotel.. Big ones.. Gym, spa everything is good... Decent price for such big rooms... All good.
My husband and I, our daughter and son (18 and 21) recently came back from a 8 days stay in one of the two bedrooms suites. The suite was spacious and comfortable, but we missed a second bathroom (or at least a toilet). There was a maid comiing daily, but we never noticed any use of water. The first days we were always short of towels, and we nerver figured out why we did'nt get at least one big towel each, even if we asked for it daily. (The last days however, we got more than enough towels). Apart from that, the staff was always helpful and friendly. We quickly found the Corniche, and had three nice days on the beach, laying on our towels, as there were not sundbeds to rent (no cafés either, so we had to bring our own food/drinks!). Appreciated the neighbourhood with nice, local restaurants at reasonable prises. e.g. Abu Shakra with delicious grilled meat! Since there are no bars serving alcohol, the night life is limited, but that did not come as a surprise. Day trip with bus to Dubai and a jeep safari with crazy driving in the desert (if you easily get car-sick, skip it!), including a meal and incredible belly dancing was also on the program, as well as a visit to the magnificent Sheik Zhayed mosque 15 min drive from the WTC.. Luckily, taxis are cheap since everything is at a considerable distance.Nobody tried to cheat on us (except one taxi driver in Dubai), people were friendly and not as fussy as in Egypt. To our big surprise, my husband even got a gift from a male guest (from Saudi) he chatted with at breakfast, An unexpected chilly weather the first 3 days did not discourage us, and hopefully there will be more trips to the UAE in the future. We are also very happy to have chosen Abu Dhabi which is calmer than Dubai.
Very nice hotel /apartment , clean friendly caring staff. Rooms have separated bedrooms, bathroom & kitchen , washing machine , iron / ironing board , large fridge/ freezer and microwave plus two ring hob. Rooms cleaned each day . Free wifi . Our daughter lives in this hotel and us extremely happy with the service. Valet parking is a bonus. Right in the city , a good central base to go anywhere. Really good coffee shop next door too. We will defiantly come back to say .
We had one-bedroom and two-bedroom suite for a family of 5. Fairly comfortable. Suites are spacious. Kitchens are big but a bit outdated. Everything was clean. It's about 1/2 hour drive from Ferrari World but close for taking city tours. The Korean restaurant was good. Staff was friendly.
This property is located right in the middle of the CBD of Abu-Dhabi, diagonally opposite to the World Trade Center. So if you are visiting for business, this is the location you will want to be. The accommodation is extra large with a large bedroom and separate living and dining areas. The living rooms and kitchen are literally separate rooms. And a small study was a bonus !!! Even by the standard extra large accommodations of Middle-East, this ticks up the standard much higher. All the rooms were very tastefully decorated and furnished. In room lighting was sufficient. Considering its right on the busiest streets, in-room noise insulation is one of the best in its class. It's perfectly No entry for those disturbing "honks and screeches". Decent kitchen setup with lots of cutlery and utensils provided. also included in a microwave oven. However, this is the norm in every suite-hotels in the area. Added bonus - they do provide washing machine as well. there were plenty of cheap cabs. Great WiFI. The creek is just a quarter block away and has nice walkways and beaches to relax during the cooler evening. The Hotel restaurant is very authentic Korean one. Though the breakfast spread is pretty sumptuous. Also, there's a plenty of good restaurants around fitting every pocket. A great team of spirited and passionate staffs. Service was always prompt and gracious. You just need to speak out what you want and they will make every effort to get it done. Excellent hotel and staff.
As a family of 3 with a young child, we made a last minute hotel booking to spend the night here as most of the city was fully booked due to F1 Race. We were greeted well and the Hotel manager made our son feel extra welcome by sending him a plate of french fries as we settle in the spacious 1 bed room. We were there for the night only so didn't use any of the kitchen facility but noted it has a goo space should there be someone looking to make of the kitchenette. When late in the evening I called to have an extra duvet for our son, who would be sleeping in the sofa (not sofa bed) I was told that a duvet will be charged!!! But a blanket was free .... Whilst the room looks clean, I felt when walking barefeet, the floor was sticky and felt it was not cleaned properly. Others have commented on the mosque being loud, but we were lucky that we didn't hear much ... instead we could hear when the neighbours would flush their toilet or took a shower instead. For a night or two stay, this was a reasonable place to stay ....
