This stylish 1-bedroom apartment in Al Reef, Abu Dhabi, offers a thoughtfully designed space ideal for both short visits and long stays. The living room features a comfortable 3-seater sofa and a 1-seater armchair, complemented by a large LED TV and a dedicated dining area for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, cooking basics (like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper), and all necessary dishes and silverware—making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals at home.

The cozy bedroom features a queen-sized bed with fresh bed linens, side tables, and a wardrobe for clothing storage. The modern bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and comes stocked with essentials such as towels, soap, Luxor-brand shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A private balcony with two chairs and a table offers the perfect spot to relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy the outdoor view.

This apartment also offers a wide range of amenities including air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washer, iron, hair dryer, room-darkening shades, and a dedicated workspace. Quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

The apartment is located in a residential building, so parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.

A security deposit may be required, depending on the platform or length of stay.

We aim to provide a seamless and comfortable experience—if you have any special requests or questions before or during your stay, feel free to reach out!
- All guests will be required to share a photo of their ID through messenger once the reservation is confirmed.

- All trash must be placed inside the bins provided. Leaving trash outside of the bins will result in a AED500 fine.

- Pets are allowed.

- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home. A fee starting at AED500 will be applied if there is any smell or sign of smoking inside the home.

- Early Check in and Late Checkout is available upon request (Depending on availability, not guaranteed) for an additional fee. Late checkout must be requested 24 hours in advance. Any late checkout requested less than 24 hours before will be denied.

- Checkout is by 11am. Any late checkout without permission will be charged a AED100 fee. Please respect our checkout time as our cleaners need the time to prepare our home for the next guests.

- We can accommodate a maximum of 3 guests at any given time. It`s for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners. If desired, guests may have up to 4 guests with an extra guest fee of AED150/night per guest (with permission from host).

- You will be assigned a designated parking area and all vehicles must park in the assigned area.

- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!

- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.

- No parties or events.

- No fireworks of any kind.

- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.

- Please no food or drinks on the bed.

- Use all community amenities at your own risk.

- Decorative items are not for use. Removal or Destruction of any items in the home will be subject to a fine.

- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately.

- We do not accept any reservation changes within 30 days of the check-in date, except for extensions. We will not approve requests to shorten your stay or adjust the dates to a later period. If you`re unable to make your reserved dates, please cancel your reservation at your earliest convenience.

**We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
