Had a wonderful time; very friendly staff; hotel leadership team was very courteous, attentive to our needs; great value for money and in close proximity to a major shopping mall as well as other hotels (with restaurants).
It was my second visit to this wonderful Staybridge Suites in Yas Island . The suit was very clean facing the swimming pool nice location, reception staff were very polite and professional Imran and Aleleli , Break fast was wonderful a lot of variety , also the evening cocktail was not bad. I don't like people taking food to their rooms by takeaway boxes , from the buffet. I got the chance to meet with the night manager Mr. Sami he was very professional having a good information about the hotel facilities and the Island itself. I am sure such kind of employees management had rewarded him for his good job with hotel guests Thank you very much IHG managements I will keep coming and stay in your Staybridge again , And needless to say that I will to recommend to all of my friends. Thank you again Yahya
Room was excellent with all amenities provided. Swimming pool is located at the ground floor lobby level with a great view facing the sea. Front desk staff Sugat and Aeleen were courteous to check us in with a warm and friendly gesture. Check out by Imran was great too. Housekeeping staff were efficient in providing the extra amenities that we requested without any delay for the same. Was here with friends, but since the hotel provides only suites it will be definitely great to spend some leisure time with family too. Overall stay a sure shot of going back and spending the weekend there. Kudos to the staff.
Booked in the Staybridge Apartments for a trial period. Really enjoyed my experience there, the staff were excellent, very professional and extremely attentive. The rooms are very well kitted out - the Lap Pool outside my set of patio doors (091) was an excellent room. For me, Staybridge Apartments is an excellent venue.
Now, this is my first time staying at this property but after reading all the positive reviews and being a Royal Ambassador with IHG I decided to give this place a try. The Good: I came here for my birthday ad after several calls, got a Birthday cake delivered to my room. Bad: Arrived, no help at valet I actually I'm not sure if they have onebut the guy outside told me to park my car. No smiling face at check in/check out and the room was nasty to say the least. There was still left over signs of the previous tenants and I was ignored when I called to complain about the dirty bathroom. Needless to say we could not sleep in the room that night. The food was also not great but I am used to Intercontinental hotel services so I give them a pass on that. For check out, the check out person didn't care to even ask how my stay was. I guess being a serviced apartment gives him a pass on doing that.
Simple Modern style. Our studio room has a great bathroom. The kitchenette had combo units for the microwave and oven. Plus a washer and dry unit for small loads. If you need to do more than daily washings, there is a laundry room downstairs or services available. There is wonderful breakfast service every morning from 6:30am to 10:30am. With plenty of seating areas for everyone. On Mondays to Thursdays, there is a complimentary social dinner. The menu changes daily and is listed on your kitchenette white board. I loved the computer area and the library reading room. The staff is both friendly and helpful.
Great stay with awesome amenities and great service. Comfort usage of the room to the max is available from kitchen utensils to the bedroom etc. Unique in style with elegant decorations. With 24 hours free coffee :) GREAT value for money. GREAT people...Mr. Mazen and Mr. Nidal and staff.
The hotel atmosphere is very good. The room is very comfortable and the kitchenette in the room is very usefull especially the washer and the dryer. The pool is nice just at the door since my room was at the ground floor. There is area for entertainment inside the hotel where you can watch TV play video games or read a book. Breakfast is fine and the crew are friendly.
The staff were great, we got a room upgrade upon arrival. There's a coffee bar available 24/7 for free at the hub kitchen! Rooms are well furnished. There's an ongoing construction behind the hotel so it's a bit loud in the day while you're in the pool but it's not that distracting since they put up a fence to block the view of the construction also since the area is near the airport you will here planes passing by from time to time but it's not that loud. The best thing is it's not crowded! Will definitely go back.
A lot of construction going on directly outside the hotel at the moment (should think it will be at least a year or so before it finishes) and the airplane noise in our room on top floor 7th was very noisy especially in the early hours with planes taking off from the nearby airport and flying very low over the hotel. The hotel other than that was very good and rooms are very nice (even if the kitchen extractors are on 24 hours a day so can be quite noisy in the night).
