Did not feel safe but nowhere in tbe world is safe. View of highway and construction cranes. Traffic from highway provides white noise. Many birds around the property. Birds flew into room everyday and one bird urinated and defecated on the bed.
It is very near to the mosque. Rooms are clean and nicely maintained. Bed could be more comfortable, balcony is great and the toiletries are of good quality. When it comes to service, with all due respect I am a latin american and I found Indian staff to be rude (no smile at all and not welcoming) when you compare them with south east asians and arabs (big smiles, welcoming and good eye contact). Breakfast is huge and delicious.
Staff in the hotel are amazing. Loved the way they smile and treat customers. The hotel is great, rooms are clean, spacious and with great view to the Mosque. The property is comfortable in all levels. The breakfast buffet OMG! was an awesome experience with an extensive variety of food options. Totally recomended.

I booked this room and a spa treatment for my sisters because I was working a night shift when they arrived. The hotel allowed me to check in and prepare everything before I went to work. Then when my sisters arrived, the staff took care of everything. They had an amazing view of the Grand Mosque, great spa treatments, and relaxed by the pool until I joined them. Excellent minibar too.
Near Grand Mosque and airport. If you have no car, you just use shuttle bus by the hotel.It provides almost popular places. I recommend this hotel
Just one complaint. The staff at the spa was late charging a massage to my room. By the time they did, I had checked out. They called my phone and asked me to come back so they could charge my credit card. I was already in Dubai. I explained that the hotel had my credit card information for exactly this purpose. They worked it out for me in the end.
