Very friendly staff.. very nice hotel.. the price was just perfect and I would definitely stay here again.. no complaints at all.. the room was very nice and I also got a free upgrade.. Very nice buffet breakfast as well!
It was our first stay at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, in fact it was our first stay in a Park Hyatt hotel. Check in was smooth and efficient, staff very friendly and welcoming a special thank you to Ernest and Dainty for exceptional service. Also the pool staff were amazing, Aniket couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Room was amazing great views of the sea. The balconies had not only a chair and small table but a comfortable day bed which we've never had before, a real nice touch. The room was well appointed and offered great free amenities. The Le Labo toiletries in the suite were particularly pleasing! The bed and linen extremely comfortable. Housekeeping very dilligent and hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast choice although smaller than many other resorts was cooked and presented to a high standard. We both have a gluten intolerance and we were offered gluten free bread each morning. If I had one recommendation for breakfast it would be for food labels to include a list of allergens. We ate once at the park grill restaurant. The food albeit expensive here was delicious and the menus were very clear with symbols for allergy sufferers. Pools are very relaxing and the adults only pool was a lovely addition. I would have liked more food choice around the pool however you could sit in the Beach House which has a substantial menu. Beach was absolutely stunning even though the walk was tiring and long especially in 45°C heat it was worth it. The gulf was beautiful and the water was emerald green. The only thing I found disappointing was the lack of showers in the resort especially once you come off the beach. The hotel as a whole is managed extremely well, staff are visibly happy and we did not encounter a single problem during our 8 night stay which is rare. We are desperate to return to one of the best hotels we have stayed in within the UAE. Please keep up the high standards that made our stay incredibly memorable.
My family had a wonderful time, everything set in the room was perfect. We had a comfortable stay and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. We also had lovely meals during breakfast and dinner at Cafe Restaurant. Just be mindful on the price of beverages, we find it pricey with all the taxes.
The other half and I decided to stay in the UAE for Eid break this year and I'm very glad we did as we had a wonderful time at the Park Hyatt on Saadiyat Island. Rooms were clean, well appointed with a good layout and everything we needed to hand. The beds were ridiculously comfortable with both of us sleeping like logs for the four nights we were there (the bed actually ended up prompting us to replace our own 12-year-old bed and mattress upon our return home!). We took a sea facing room and had a lovely view from our balcony of the long stretch of beach and turquoise waters - perfect for sunset too. We took a half board package which was ideal for four nights. I wouldn't necessarily do it if I was staying longer as the choice of dining options is limited; however, for a short stay, it was perfect as it allowed us to sample all the F&B outlets; The Cafe (all-day dining), Beach House and The Park Bar & Grill (steak restaurant). The Cafe was included in the half board package, however, if you decided to dine at the other restaurants a credit was applied per person. The Cafe was good for breakfast with a wide range of buffet options but a limited range of options for a restricted diet. There were some gluten free cereals and non-dairy milk alternatives so I just stuck to that each morning. The omelettes were fab according to the hubby. For the evening The Cafe was ok, quality of food was fine and staff were good, but the atmosphere was lacking so we ate at The Park Hyatt Bar & Grill for two of our nights. We enjoyed The Park Bar & Grill; the quality of food was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. It could be awesome if it wasn't so heavily integrated into the hotel - it's used as an overflow area for breakfast when the hotel is full, which means it's not quite the restaurant it could be as it has to cater to multiple requirements. The staff were fab for the entire stay, responsive and friendly, especially the guys around the pool. The yummy ice lollies brought over when sunbathing were a real treat - so keep your eyes peeled for those! Overall this place is lovely and well worth a visit. The pool areas are pretty and maintained to a high standard - the adult only pool is a big plus as there are no screaming children nearby (there's a separate pool for families). The hotel has an Arabic look and feel with contemporary artworks and sculptures dotted around to modernise without taking away from the Arabian heritage of the surrounding area. I'd definitely return for another visit, although I wouldn't stay longer than a few nights as the limited dining options mean you'd have to get in a taxi or a car and travel for a while for alternative F&B experiences.
Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at check in counter where Dainty and Anja ensured our expectations are met. Location is good, rooms are clean and spacious. Overall experience was excellent and would highly recommend this hotel for a quick getaway!
A really welcoming place & staff. The indoor area is very nice specially the internal lighting & the decoration. The outdoor cafe (The Beach House) is having a very nice sunset view on the open beach. We'll come again after September during the good weather. It's really recommended.
Please take note - if you are travelling with small children and spending time at the beach is your main priority then make sure that you request a room close to the reception area. We had a room on one of the wings and it took close to 10 minutes walk from the room to the pool area, and to the beach even longer. The reason for this is that there are no side exits from the wing areas of the resort, so you need to exit the building around the reception/restaurant areas. This was not a fault of the resort, as we had requested a room in the wing area, thinking that there were side entrances/exists to the beach and pool areas. No showers at the beach, but this is due to the beach being part of a nature reserve. Other than that we had a fantastic vaction. Bottled water is free of charge throughout the day. Breakfast buffet is great. We had halfboard and the dinners were mainly of Arabic/Indian variations, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Do not expect your standard European dishes, rather embrace what the restaurant has to offer. Drinks are quite pricy for dinner, but you can enjoy a bottle of wine over 2 nights' if you do not finish it during one dinner. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.
We came from India visited park Hyatt and as heared it is such an awesome place to hangout , very affordable bitburger promotions at the pool excellent hospitality by pool team specially MADHU and CHEF SHIVANJAN has made excellent nachos highly appreciate his effort. Thank you team will see you soon cheears👍🏻
The property is stunning with a huge beach. We stayed in two adjoining Garden Suites which had all the ammenities one could think of as well as a plunge pool. The dinning options were excellent but not all the locations catered to the children both in terms of options and timings. The pools were a little disappointing and the main one didnt allow for kids under 15 years of age. One thing I didnt like about the property is that I got stopped by security several times to inquire whether I was a hotel guest. It seems there is no access control.
it was nice but the beach is very dirty and the food every day is the same but in all its a nice hotel to stay for relax the hotel is clean if you have children the camp there closing very early < mini Bar is poor
