I am not one for complaining as I always feel too bad to do so, however after our terrible trip here it can’t be avoided!! I STRONGLY advise anyone NOT to stay here!! Me and my partner were supposed to stay here for 6 nights but left after one!! When checking in we were told we had been upgraded and then were shown to our room, the room was in the basement and looked on to a mouldy/filthy courtroom, the room was dark and stank of smoke, the bathroom was also severely flooded. We asked to be moved and were shown to a second room which was in no better state, it had marks and holes on the bed sheets, brown marks in the bath tub and was generally unclean and again smelt of smoke. We were then showed a third room which had cello-tape hanging from the ceilings and again was unclean. We complained for a fourth time and were asked to wait as they had no more rooms free as people were checking out! We sat by the pool and waited where there were works going on, we returned back to reception later on at which point they showed us a further two rooms which we chose the cleaner out of the two. When we checked the minibar there were two old takeaway containers from the previous guests which had began to smell and no refreshments in there for purchase or use. After putting our bags in the room, we immediately left for the day as did not want to be in the hotel as we simply didn’t feel comfortable there, when returning to the hotel we found the attached hairs under my pillow when trying to go to sleep. I can safely say it was the most uncomfortable nights sleep I’ve ever had as we were so conscious of what else we may find in the bed. The other photo is the state of the bin in the fifth and final room we chose to stay in. The best out of a VERY BAD bunch!!! We checked out in the morning and actually chose to travel to Dubai to sleep on a friend’s sofa for the following night while we found alternative accommodation for our holiday! It completely ruined our first two days of our short break and we had to fork out for another hotel for the remaining days after already paying a SIGNIFICANT amount of money for the stay at the One to One hotel. I am disgusted that they let us check in and view the rooms in those states and would most certainly NEVER visit there again or let any of my friends or family.

I stayed for over a week at Christmas to visit my family. My room was large, clean and comfortable. Lots of pillows and free WiFi. My bathroom was large. I enjoyed going to the pool and there was a children’s pool with a slide which we enjoyed. Staff very friendly and polite. Really liked it and would stay again.

This hotel has worst staffs ever from front office to Managers! The service is bad or nothing at all. It is only reachable by Taxi which is expensive now in Abu Dhabi. No nearby stores and in secluded area. No visitors allowed or else they will treat your visitors like criminals.

Bad service ever! Staffs are unprofessional and do not know how to treat customers well. Room is dusty and when you request something in the room, it takes forever. Worst service ever! From from the main area! You need to get taxi all the time which is expensive!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel staff always happy to help with anything you need . The food in the restaurant was varied and of high quality and made your choice difficult Will definitely stay there again .

It provides large comfortable rooms, with each floor dedicated for a room, it is a villa style hotel not a building. The staff are hospital. I think the hotel has good housekeeping but the building itself is old & require maintenance. Addition of elevators in villas whereby the rooms are at 1st or 2nd floor would be my suggestion to improve. The breakfast buffet was good and had variety with good food temperature. It is still a very good hotel. I would recommend you to stay, as a change from the typical high buildings hotels.

I attended a conference in Abu Dhabi and stayed for a week at this hotel. The service was very poor. The water was extremely cold, hence I could not even enjoy a proper shower. Many times when I required something, like an iron or a kettle, it was never brought to me, after asking several times. The hallway was very untidy. Dirty dishes would lay for almost two days, I found this very unhygenic. This hotel deserves 1 star. I wouldn't recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel and for a tourist it is in a great location , the staff was very friendly and polite , The housekeepers were very good and my room was always clean and tidy ,Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Everyone was made to feel extra special.

Rooms not cleaned adequately. Dirty carpet and stairway with trays of discarded rubbish plates of food etc abandoned in the corridors. Staff generally friendly. Pool adequate. But when you arrive back after a tiring day and all the towels and toilet roll has gone and you have to wait for hours for housekeeping to come with more....well it's frustrating. This happened every day of our stay! I am still waiting for the promised plug (promised 5 days ago) so I can use the bath!

One star One pillow One towel (except for the night that there was zero towel). Crazy to be in a hotel and have to ask the front desk for a towel after you wash your face.. that sucked. Not even a hand towel? Maybe it helps to save water. I guess one to one is pretty literal, worst place I’ve stayed in the Emirates. The staff were nice, decent gym, cold omelets.
