The place is very good, room cleaned , the air conditioning works well, the reception is good and the service is fantastic stuff friendly , fast services , brunch at TVC restaurant was good the buffet was rich and varied
Reception was very welcoming, the room was spacious but felt a bit bare. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, they could really invest in some new pillows and blankets. Breakfast was surprisingly good given that it was only an extra 20 dirhams on the cost of the room. The valet guy as I was leaving was completely useless. I gave him my ticket before I checked out so he could bring the car around and put my suitcase in (and put the AC on!). When I came back to him, he hadn't moved, he gave me the keys and just pointed out my car in a dusty field then went back into his little AC'd room. Had to carry my suitcase across the dirt in a suit and heels myself. Heading back there next week and will be ready to make him do his job this time :-)
I like the location and the quietness around the place. Located in a posh area - attracting mostly business visitors. Some embassies are nearby. I requested a non-smoking room upon booking, which I wasn't provided with. The room smelled so awful that I couldn't stand there for a minute. Upon complaining thrice, the lady at reception gave me "yeah, fine. I'll do something" look and all they could do was spray some room freshener. The bathroom sink got choked up the next day and it took them 2 phone calls and 20 minutes to send someone. Found rotten food below my bed. The WiFi connected to my phone fine, but won't connect to my laptop. Upon calling twice and waiting for more than 15 minutes, I had to go down with my laptop where a guy took 10 more minutes to come and fix the problem by adding its MAC to router settings. Both ladies at reception would rather talk about their boyfriends and look at their computer screens instead of making an eye contact and sort my problems out. Awful experience for the price I paid. They need some maintenance and staff training.
my experience was excellent overall the rooms are big and clean it is like having your own flat in a hotel.the pool was amazing and fun , breakfast yummy and the service was very good. I really enjoyed the stay.
I stayed here last 2014, and it was a great stay. The Staff are still very nice and helpful specially the Receptionist, and they gave me a late check out until 3PM. The breakfast and lunch buffet in Resto is good. I would really recommend this hotel to my family and friends and hopefully to stay again soon.
This is my worst experience in a hotel..this place is shady, dirty, and the rooms look totally haunted. There was some awful smell in the common areas, and worst in the room. The staff(reception and duty manager) are very rude, non-cooperative and non-responsive. I suggest to everyone visiting in Abu Dhabi..to avoid booking this place at all costs.
Nice in Many things but needs many Improvements. The Room is Specious. The Hotel is Like many Small Villas inside a Garden like compound, so you can enjoy a freedom moment under the sky. Pros- - The Parking is free & mostly available. - The pool is great. - The Restaurant is good too. - No traffic Noises. Cons: - Staff needs improvement. - The room amenities are to be updated after the customer leaves & before another one arrives - Like Tea / Coffee etc...
Booked for 2 nights, disappointed for the room facilities and amenities, not well maintained. Old pillows, comforters, towels, sink clogged, need to call the reception every now & then and have to go down since phone is not working, cant watch tv since its not working...almost wasting time to complained on non accommodating staff in the reception not even give you a smile...
It is very disappointing to stay in a hotel where staffs are rude and unhelpful, you can sense that they are choosing which clients to be treated nicely and it is very discriminating. From the reception during check-in (not welcoming and she looks irritated as if we are asking for free use of the hotel) to the worst swimming pool staff and owner. One staff even told us that since he can't allow us to just sit in the benches near the pool, he told us "it is not their problem"...very rude!. I hope you don't do this to all your guests. Surely this hotel is not good for relaxation and for having fun...
The price is affordable, the room is spacious. Amenities such as comb, soap, shampoo, conditioner, nail file and shower cap were provided prior to arrival. However they miss to prepare the dental kit so i have to call the reception to request for it. Waited and no one came, then i have to call again. After 40 mins they delivered it. The pool is good, and the area is nice. However, it is far away from any supermarkets.
