Stayed there for only night, but was very impressed with how professional, courteous and nice everyone in the hotel was. The two-room suite we had booked was excellent and had everything we needed. The location is convenient , and is close to many restaurants/shops. The lady from the gift shop also gave my little baby a balloon to play with, and it brought such joy to my little one. Everyone greets you with a smile. I would definitely stay here again.

Good but won’t stay again.

Upgraded room but in smoking floor when requested non smoking but room actually didn’t smell of smoke so ok. Gorgeous room excellent facilities but the maid service let it down badly constantly had to request towels as non left until 5 days in a new gig assigned to the room and was fabulous. Room service was a disaster ordered from menu asked for meal with no cheese it came waiter said no cheese opened it and there was cheese so rang to be told there is no cheese in it!!! Came to collect it and yes there’s cheese! Spoke to manager he was apologetic offered late checkout which we had already sorted but he extended it so all in all a pleasant stay. Just need to tighten up on the maid service. It lets it down. Also need to register that sorry means nothing do something about it rather than just lip service!

The suit was clean and in very good condition. The staff were very nice and exceeded my expectations. In the middle of Abu Dhabi, so it relatively close to everything. The have acceptable swimming pool on the roof with warmed up water, and nice gym. Room service is exceptional.
