Stayed here for 7 nights eating in the Rosewater restaurant (buffet) and with access to the Executive Club Lounge. We ate breakfast in the Club Lounge every day, whilst the choices are more limited it is quieter and a great start to the day. Food and accommodation are excellent, the only negative of the whole experience would be the hotel beach - this is quite small and crowded with sun beds so there is not much privacy, we did not have any problems in getting a sunbed each day although the hotel do unfortunately allow guests to reserve sunbeds resulting in a 'race' to bag the 'best' beds, only to then see then hardly used during the day.
A luxury hotel not only defined from the look or price, the professional service from every staffs : porter, checkin counter, room service, restaurant waiters and chefs, etc, all the people working there provide top performance. Buffet breakfast deserved thumb-up, lot variety for all countries people, and they gave extra supplies. In room dinning experience very good and accurate. About the room, we stayed at Grand deluxe room, the amazing view to the corniche and water so impressed, room spacious and luxury facilities in bath. Pools and private beach kept us forgot the sightseeing and willing to stay at the hotel itself. Restaurants choice are lot and very high standard. Nothing can be improved if the room temperture can adjusted easily in room. oh, of course, bed sheet can be softer and finer in texture. Sure we will come back to enjoy the heavenly treat.
A good place to stay with the family. The beach is out of one door, with the main route into town out of the other. Great convenience to have a Waitrose as part of the Mall complex. Pools are very family friendly and service was excellent. Very little to be disappointed with as overall throughly recommended.
The doorman greeted up right away and was able to have the taxi fair charged to our room since we did not have any cash on hand. The room was very clean, however the windows were a bit dirty. The food was excellent and the pool was very nice. It was one of the top hotels we had experience on our first time trip to the UAE. I would absolutely stay there again. Well Done Jumeirah!
We stayed here over New Year and found there was no steep supplement, as per most of the hotels in Abu Dhabi or Dubai we checked. The standard was excellent, be it the service, the restaurants, the room or the views. My only gripe was the small beach where the beds were all very close together, but this bothered my other half much more than me. I felt this hotel was very good value, especially when you consider what we have paid for other hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. I would definitely recommend a stay here if in Abu Dhabi for a few nights.
We had such a special holiday, hotel facilities really high quality as expected but this was made by the special staff retained at Jumeirah. Multi cultural, fascinating, helpful. We have made some lovely new friends. Thank you all, we are planning our return trip for Christmas 2018.
There was a high to everything here. The towers of course, but the overall comfort, service, quality of food, and the interior design of the public spaces were all of a very high standard. The location of the hotel means you are close to the Marina Mall and the Corniche, but you don't ever really need to leave it as it has everything there you would need, almost like a resort. I think we tried all of the restaurants during our 5-night stay, and all were good, though a particular stand out was the Li Beirut - just make sure to reserve a table in advance as it was fully booked for most nights of our stay. What I remember most was the sense of calm in the hotel, despite its size. This was helped by the plush carpets in the hallways and the clever use of space. By the time the conference was over, and we were settling up our quite hefty bill (this is a pricey place to stay), I was sad to leave. Other than views of the city from the higher floors, I didn't get a sense of place here (this could have been anywhere in the world), but the hospitality, service, and overall comfort were superb
Just back from a very memorable trip here. When we arrived to our room which we got a free upgrade to the room was all decorated planned with my new fiance and concierge for him to propose to me in. Gorgeous balloons rose petals etc such a lovely surprise ") The hotel itself is very impressive, staff are very friendly and helpful, house keeping were amazing and must say we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the lack of sun beds for the amount of guests. We had no where to lie out on 1 occasion and had to leave hotel to go elsewhere for the day. People tend to get up extremely early to reserve beds and might not be seen again for hours. The beds are also very close together and not very relaxing. The service was very slow at pool. On our last day and a friend came to celebrate from Dubai and our lunch arrived and they forgot hers. It took nearly an hour after we are for her salad to arrive even though we asked on numerous occasions what the hold up was. Other than those small issues we had a fabulous stay and thanks again for all the lovely surprises
The hotel is quite new, with a beautiful view all around .. Close to everything ..beautiful gym, very good choices of restaurants, nice beach, a very good service in everything including breakfast. The only thing that I can not accept in a hotel 5 stars are people left in the huge hall sleeping without shoes in the sofa !!! I saw persons stay from 12pm and sleeping there!!! With dirty socks like animals !! To keep the standard high the director and the property have to do absolutely something about!!!!
It was fully booked so we were assigned a room at the serviced residences. It was roomy compred to a hotel room. We had a living room, kitchen and bedroom. The breakfast is good, so many choices. The location is also good, 5-10 minutes walk away from Emirates Palace.
