The Hilton is a great retreat from the heat. We took our kids into the extensive pool and they lived the water slide. Staff are always polite and willing to help. Had a great massage from somebody who knows her craft (Natasha) and it was a pleasure to meet up with Harsha. I remember his assistance when we moved here three years back. He remains the knowledgeable gentleman!
The room was noisy whole night - because of Diesel Generator running at the pool side Also restaurant was full and we struggled to get seated inside - although we have booked an all inclusive room (suite) The mountain view rooms might be better to avoid the generator noise
Dear Sir, I'd like to thank you for the great service, treatment and support I got while my last stay in your hotel. your staff (Mr. Mohammed Aamir & Mr. Fabian) were great and didn't save any effort in helping me by explaining every possible way to enjoy my stay. Hilton Al Ain became my favorite hotel in the city because of staff, location, value for money, room style & cleanness and quietness. Thank you So much Mohammed
Good hotel with lot of outdoor activities option swimming pool with slide good for the family to enjoy with kids , nice gym , squash court, tennis court, golf available on site. The staff is friendly and ready to help.
Although having stayed here before, just looks a little dated, but staff very good. 3rd sofabed was very uncomfortable, & had to request additional items a number of times. Having said all that, would probably stay there again.
The Hotel is really great from amenities to staff to the rooms everything was just perfect . Two staff I met a nice lady when I came which I don't remember her name and the other staff when I checked out his name is MONEER very nice and smiley guy One comment on the hotel room the bath tube is a little Slobbery which is really minor thing. One thing I also notice that poor reception staff are standing up always as no chairs behind the desk for them , This is really bad and just to clarify no one from the staff complaint its just an observation from side.
Service was at it's finest. From check in, we were given an option to see rooms that would fit in to our needs. I booked fro three so I was advised in advance that the room might be too small for us so I was upgraded to a newly renovated room. Fabian was so kind to show us the two rooms and made us choose which one we prefer. So from there I was really satisfied. Breakfast was great as well. Moses was there to assist and made sure that we get what we needed. The attention given to us was really awesome. My friends and I have enjoyed our stay and is planning to return soon.
I have had a great experience during my stay. The staff were very informative and friendly. I was even asked to join the loyalty awards program which had been completed once I had arrived in the room which I had booked.
Old hotel and not very fresh. No valet parking, no concierge on night check in. Stayed only one night. Though breakfast was amazing. Very friendly staff. Receptionist Ariel did his best. But I don't think I'll be back again.
We arrived in the hotel in noon and immediately we got our room. We were lucky enough to be upgraded from the Standard Room to the Chalet, which is closer to the pool and with its own parking as well. It was perfect for family vacation as the pool really cater for family with small kids. The breakfast spread was good and the staffs were friendly and very helpful. Definitely going to come back to the hotel in the future.
