staying at Hilton for a month on business . Firstly compared to the new shiny hotels this old lady is a little tired but its service that really counts and here the Hilton is superb .The attitude from the staff from the start of the stay at check in and throughout the hotel is always very positive and friendly .Alon Kumar and the rest of the team every morning set me up for the day with warm greetings and a great breakfast in the La Terezza restaurant Also ladies in Vienna cafe make great teas and coffees and are very cheery. Beach club facilities probably best in Abu Dhabi and there is a good gym that can get very busy in the early evenings downside avoid rooms on mid 320 there above machinery room at back hotel there is a bit of noise does not bother me but could annoy light sleepers or those with children Overall give 8/10 just wish the family was here to enjoy these facilities and service Mcintosh
On my first visit to Abu Dhabi, this was the first among two hotels I stayed in. It's great to experience the city as a tourist and even for business I am sure. I was greeted at the reception and had a quick check in process. The staff handed me a one-pager elaborating on the sight seeing and their services and prices for the same like, to and fro trip to the Shaikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the tea service at the Emirates Palace. The room is spacious with all the required amenities and the sea cum city view is gorgeous. Through the stay I had a very good experience with the staff from the reception desk, concierge, room service and the restaurant. As it was the holy month of Ramazan, the hotel had an Iftar buffet post sunset which was quite a spread. I inquired if I could just choose to have the desserts selection but it was working out to be too expensive at AED 180, given that I am a small eater. The hotel lobby had some freshly prepared ice tea, owing to Ramadan. All in all a very pleasant stay.
Although we have selected June and stayed during Ramadan the Hilton staff made everything possible to have an unforgettable vacation. Their professional and friendly attitude and the services Hilton Abu Dhabi offers can make this property an ideal selection both for business or leisure.
Fantastic staff : (People like: restaurant -Anand, Aalok Kumar, Prakash, pool bar - Maan, Cocierge-Sujan, receptionist- Achile, staff for room service) . Hotel can be proud of them. Food was fantastic Rooms, could be bigger for 3 people Missing place for drying swimming suits and other. No balcony. Internet was not stabil, but sufficient
All good, don't go there during Ramadan. Very close to the beach, the hotel has it's own pool an beach sector. One can rent a bike, many opportunities, reservations in the hotel lobby. Most comprehensive bar/restaurant offer.
We had a wonderful staycation in this lovely hotel with my family and friends. Thank you Hilton Abu Dhabi! especially to your great team members who went above and beyond of their duties to make our stay more memorable. Huge thanks to Marco from Reception Desk, Sanjay from Housekeeping & Joseph from Executive Lounge. Your are such an asset to the company. Keep up the good work. Recommended to travelers out there!
My room was always spotless and organized the staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly especial mention to Marco at Frontdesk and Joseph at Executive Lounge. Excellent service throughout our stay. Thank you so much!!!
This was our first visit to Abu Dhabi and was unsure what to expect but staying at the Hilton as an amazing holiday. We had been to Dubai first and the transfer from there was a pleasant journey and arrival at the hotel we were quickly checked in and up graded. The coffee shop in the lobby was wonderful for coffee and cake. We also enjoyed our evenings in the pub. The beach club across the road is very good with large beach towels. The only issue there is that some of the sun beds could do with being replaced and they have seen better days. For my husband special birthday treat we visited the YAS Circuit and he was driven around the grand prix and loved every minute of it, really worth a go for the motor racing supporter. We would certainly recommend the Hilton and hope to visit again next year.
We stayed here end of May/start of June for 5 nights. The staff were all excellent and very helpful when required. We booked an executive room which gave us access to the exec lounge on the 10th floor for both breakfast/snacks. I would urge other guests to go to the main breakfast restaurant as selection in the exec lounge was very limited. This was disappointing as we only found this out on our last morning. Beach club andspa were both excellent. overall we had a great stay and would certainly go back
I would prefer to book Hilton Abu Dhabi on Cornish due to it's convenient location- it is just in a less than 100 meters from ADNOC Head quarter which I need visit on weekly basis due to work needs. I like that hotel is very quiet, has car parking and it's own beach. For me it is also important that this Hilton is one of historical place of Abu Dhabi- it was built in early 70 and photos from that time are placed in lobby walls. Rooms are rather small for 4 stars, but acceptable.
