Me and my partner stayed in Hilton Abu Dhabi for 3 nights and our experience at the Breakfast was not good. There was a staff called PRATIMA who was bossing other serving staff and bossing us as well. At our last breakfast in the hotel, she was directly rude to us and to her own colleague who was directing us to a table to sit and eat. She stopped by saying "don't give that table" and rushed away. all the other staff looked very professional and kind but PRATIMA made us remember the whole place in a very bad way!
We arrived early meaning we were early for check in, this was no problem bags were taken by the very polite staff and we were provided with places to change to head straight to the pool. Staff were outstanding, always smiling and happy to help, restaurants were lovely and the food was spectacular, the best highlight had to be the Beach Club. Absolutely fabulous place, would recommend to everyone visiting Abu Dhabi.
Decided to book 10 nights at this hotel in October and definitely made the right decision for us. Excellent staff and service. Every staff member we interacted with was very professional and most accommodating. Our room attendant Neng was excellent. Every day on our return from breakfast our room had been cleaned. Ladies who ran the Terraza breakfast could not do enough for us and always with a smile. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. With everything you need for a great stay. The hotel is in a very good location with short distance to Marina Mall and Palace Hotel. Plenty of restaurants in the complex with reasonably priced food and excellent quality. Frequented Hemmingways a few times to watch football and catch happy hour. The beach club across the road made our holiday👍👌Excellent facilities, just couldn't believe most were free. Beach was never full with plenty of sunloungers. There are some negative comments about the underpass to the beach- we found it to be hassle free and necessary due to 5 lanes of traffic in front of hotel, not unpleasant at all. See pic attached. A couple of bars at the club so great to have a cold beer while chillaxing. Our holiday was faultless and we have the staff to thank for that. Great facilities and location with the added bonus of the beach club-whats not to like!! We will return to Abu Dhabi and we will stay at this hotel
The city is very nice and interesting. The beach of the hotel is just great. Especially on part only for adults and no children. The swimming pools are beautiful with enough spaces next to the beach. In our view the best part of the hotel.
Good choice at breakfast. Beach club excellent. However, guest rooms and bathrooms are tired and in need of updating. Cleanliness of the rooms could be a lot better. Half board dinner could have had more choice and water was not even included!
Hilton Abudhabi has a very beautiful location and my outlets rooms and restaurants are good BUT the customer service is ZERO I STAYED in 3 times but the truth it’s not worth because we stay in a hotel not only because we have to sleep only but we need to be cared but unfortunately the reception team is not at all worth to be in that place they all need to be changed or they need to be trained how to behave or to treat the guests Honestly disappointed stay at Hilton Abudhabi corniche
The hotel is in a great location located near the Etihad Towers and the Marina Mall, both of which have stops for the Big Bus Tour (red route). We checked in late, but service was top class. The reception and customer service desks were always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I didn't catch their names so that I could give them a mention. The hotel were aware that we had been celebrating our wedding anniversary earlier that month and had arranged for a cake, fruit and a bottle of wine to be left in our room for when we arrived. Very much appreciated. We agreed to an upgrade before arriving which gave us a room on the 10th floor near to the Executive lounge where we could have breakfast, snacks, light meals, and between 6:30 and 8:30pm, complimentary alcoholic drinks. Yes the choice was limited but we were generally happy with what was provided. The staff in the lounge, Hanh, Richard and the others were always pleasant and took time to ask what your plans for the day were, or how had you spent the day. Their service was also top class. The room (1029) however does need a bit of attention. It is tired, and slightly dated now. The bath/shower needs a makeover, and the wardrobe doors and the chair at the mirror could do with being replaced. I did ask for the shaving mirror to be fixed and this was done with no fuss whatsoever, but this problem should have been addressed before we got there. Get to the private beach early to watch the sun rising between the Nation Towers and the ADNOC HQ. The 10 floor hotel is dwarfed by these skyscrapers which gives it a unique appearance. Finally we must thank Yuliya for all she did for us. The hotel should be proud to have such an exceptional member of staff. We will be back, just not sure when at this time.
Front desk service I didn't not find it good at all, people are not eager to serve the guest and meet their expectation. I stayed in this hotel and it wasn't the best experience. The rooms are very poor in decor and quality. It requires renovation / upgrade soon. I find it expensive for what you get. Other services are are ok, but could be much better. Not really worth of 5 stars.
During a recent trip to Abu Dhabi I stayed here and at the Emirates Palace. This was a much better value and price. I had access to the lounge with breakfast , drinks and snacks food a night which was great. It had a business center off the lounge with computer and printer which I used . Computer was an iMac and was good quality. Both stays I had I got an upgrade. The other hotel was absolutely stunning but little value . This property much more value and can stay at a nice property but not me over the top expensive
In 2000 the City/State of Abu Dhabi started to give of a boost. A lot of land had been reclaimed from the sea. Thousands of people live here and have a beautifull entertainment. Beaches are clean as also is the seawater. Hopefully this City will still excists for decades as it is now.
