This is our last stay on our trip. I must say be there at least once in your life. You were pampered like a child. Hotel is huge and awsome. Rooms were large and clean. Pool and kids club is amazing.kids enjoyed a lot . Definitely I want to go back
I have been to Emirates Palace for 2 nights with my husband and 1.5 years old son. The place is just totally amazing. I was impressed with the service which went beyond my expectations. They provided my son with very comfortable bed along with set of baby shower stuff and a slipper. There were a dedicated staff in each section who was walking around to meet your needs at any time. The outdoor pool was amazing and the view of the hotel makes you really feel that you are in a palace. Although it was over priced but you can feel the difference in service when you compare it with other 5 stars hotel.
I booked this hotel for my honeymoon half board, my travel agent wasn't aware that 90% of the restaurants were closed which I understand as it's Ramadan but this was not relayed. Dubai is far better in the same period of Ramadan there is definitely more places to eat and the hotels have more or less all restaurants open. The international buffet at lunch was limited and one day we had lunch and dinner at it was the same food it appeared to be the same food just heated up again as we noticed food that had a small amount left at lunch was then transferred to small dishes!!!! The palace itself is a beautiful and has amazing architecture. They have lovely swimming pools especially the kids swimming pool and bikes which can use to ride around the hotel and marina. But overall I would say it's disappointing to compared to other hotels. It's not a hotel which I would stop again. When we complained we felt it felt on deaf ears and they didn't care. The message we got was like it or lump it.
This place is very exclusive as you are not allowed to enter unless you have a reservation so if you are not staying in this hotel, do make a reservation to savor their high tea. The hotel is magnificient and you will not regret stopping over. Be sure to try their signature gold ice cream and gold coffee - it really has edible gold flakes in them 😋
My wife and I have just returned from here, having spent the last (and best) 3 nights of our honeymoon here. What a spectacular hotel! The hotel itself is just mindblowingly impressive - both in size and opulence. However this would mean nothing without the staff. From the first person you encounter at the door, to the check-in, concierge, butler service, turn-down service, room service, poolside assistance, life guards, camels, waiting staff, security staff, cleaners, managers.....every single member of staff that you encounter is warm, friendly, welcoming and goes out their way to make you feel special and to ensure your every need is met. It's a very special place and I can't wait to go back. Well done!
Well worth the money spent and such a spectacular piece of architecture. Get there! A must for all visiting Abu Dhabi. Located on the water front at the Corniche, the views are amazing and the walk along the beach front is a great photo oportunity.
Even in the month of Ramadan the Hotel, its service and the food were outstanding. Not comparable to any other experience we have made so far in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Advice: if anyhow possible book the palace suite because it is just crazy! Biggest and most beautiful rooms you can imagine. 24h butler and all other extras.
We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are generous and luxurious. The hotel itself is awe inspiring in size and grandeur. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. Abu Dhabi itself is a real eye opener for a humble Aussie. How a country can spend what they have on infrastructure is mind blowing. An oasis in the desert.
Well.... this place is grand ... one of the finest places we have ever stayed... it's colossal... 1.5 km from one end to the other... certainly no need for the gym... !! Yes it's expensive but... it's just one of those places that if it isn't on your bucket list then it should be... Every smells of class... (and money ) so make sure your wallet is full if your a drinker ....! How they keep it so clean I'll never know but its pristine ... wherever or whenever you look.... We stayed half board... strongly suggest you do as the eating establishments are not for those on a budget ... the breakfast and dinner is superb... must make special mention to Jun... our waiter... truly exceptional in every way... attentive but not obtrusive .. just as it should be .. if you have a staff recognition program then he would get our vote ... outstanding and thank you Jun..... Concierge were also brilliant... unfortunately we were caught up in the British Airways fiasco.. which meant our luggage did not arrive with us...they instantly and without prompt took up the mantle of tracking down our luggage which arrived 5 days into our holiday ..... Thank you once again .. We have stayed at a number of hotels in the Middle East but.... this one is special ... be aware though it's quiet and serene ... it's not for the party mad among you....but... for a relaxing holiday, excellent food, outstanding surroundings and superb staff you simply could not want for much else... Many thanks to all... that despite a difficult start ( thanks to British airways ) we had an amazing experience ... can't recommend it highly enough .... don't hesitate ... get it booked and like us you will leave with those all important "memories" and ... that's what life is all about is it not ...??
Beautiful hotel with numerous swimming pools, a fabulous spa and restaurants and numerous seating area. Long walk to rooms but you need to walk after all the gorgeous food! Excellent, smiling service personnel. We had the 24ct gold leaf coffee - interesting but extremely expensive. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room with enough sachets to last throughout the day. Large bathroom and walk in cupboards. We had a garden view and could see one of the swimming pools from our balcony. Security is excellent. We were told that over 80kgs of gold leaf has been used throughout the hotel, so I am not surprised. There is a Arabian casbah open area in the centre of the hotel where there was a performance of dervishes and belly dancers and food served.
