The room not clean its derti and have cacoroge in the bed no basket for rabish in the suit they didnt clean the room

We had reserved a double room with 2 twin beds confirmed, but got a room with just one bed for 2 adults and 2 children! Upon request we did get a cot which was very uncomfortable. The phone was broken and the AC needed fixing as well. It appeared as though they had not received our reservations (that was confirmed months in advance) nor been prepared for our arrival, and that we got the last possible room (not in the best condition) available. During check-in we were also told that we weren't allowed to use the facilities (dining etc.) unless we had a PCR test, even with CDC cards confirming vaccination for all guests, including those under 16. PCR tests in addition to being vaccinated was not a requirement that was clear to us while making reservations. Only being vaccinated seemed to be a requirement, so if PCR tests are a required, please make that clear while guests book their rooms and not after the fact. These issues were especially inconvenient after having just arrived in transit, and needing a break during a long journey.

Not a place to get a decent night's sleep if the room is facing the pool as pool attendants make a lot of noise while cleaning before 7AM. Property is close to airport and planes fly overhead late at night. Also children running in the hallway make a lot of noise in the morning. Noise travels from other balconies and people (probably drunk) were talking loud between 2AM to 4AM. Birds defecate on balcony railing. Walls are very thin can hear everything in the hallway and adjacent rooms and doors closing are very loud and startling. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are decent quality and in eco-friendly containers.

Outstanding! Staff is amazing Food is great Room with a balcony view was unexpected and greatly appreciated. If you want to stay on Yas Island the CP is a great choice.

The Crowne plaza was a very clean and convenient option. It is close to the airport and had a lot of entertainment and restaurant options close by. I wasn’t happy that they initially gave me a smoking room when I booked a non-smoking. When I pointed out the mistake, they upgraded me to a suite, which was nice. However, both sinks were stopped up. Also, there weren’t a lot of international outlets. The one in the bathroom didn’t work. When I ordered one from the front desk, it was never sent. Otherwise, the property was extremely clean. Breakfast was great and restaurant options onsite. The pool looked great, so I wish we had time to enjoy. The hotel is really close to Yas Mall, Ferrari World, Warner Brothers, and the airport.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the breakfast is voluminous and tasty!

Has issues in Abu Dhabi with visas and Hotel was unable to help solve the problem. Very disappointing attitude but having stayed plenty at the hotel its a great hotel.

The staff was very cordial and pleasant, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but the breakfast was unbeatable, it made for a great way to start the day.

The dinner I had at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

visa issues
