Comfortable bedding. Disappointing customer service

I absolutely loved it!!! The room, the breakfast, and the overall presentation was superb. The staff was nice and very accommodating during my inconvenience of arriving earlier than usual. The pick up from airport was very convenient. The gym convenient, but I wish they had more weights but it still worked well for me.

nice but location was far and internet should be free of charge

good but small things will make it better like internet cost and transportation

Hello I have been to this hotel for 4 nights. All the staff are so kind and nice. I never visit the restaurant so I don't know how it was but i visited the swimming pool in the evening and it was good! Everywhere is so neat and very pleasant. But this location is between airport and city center. So if you need to go to city often, it is not the best hotel but you can take a taxi. Instead you can save money to go to the airport. But this hotel provide shuttle between airport and city center. So your time is fit for the shuttle you can save your transportation fee a little. Anyway for me, it was best choice in Abu Dhabi!

if you are looking for a hotel to sleep in for a quick business trip or a short trip to abu dhabi away from the inner city traffic, this is one the very good options you can get. Room sizes are small, which is normal and typical for a budget hotel. However, the hotel is very clean and elegant for a budget hotel. Just keep a note that you will be around 15 to 20 minutes drive away from the city center or kornish.

I like it. I enjoyed at this hotel.the only issue I did not like that parking was full

If you need a cute, quick place to rest your head in Abu Dhabi for a short weekend while you are out and about, this is a great value.

The hotel staff are not well trained, especially the front desk and valet parking staff. Rooms are some of the smallest in the industry, only 21 square meters. Bathroom shampoo and shower gel and only good as dishwashing liquids. The hotel is in the middle of huge construction area, so don't expect any view whatsoever. They offer the rooms for a reasonable price, but WITHOUT internet and without breakfast. Add the internet cost up, and you end up being better off staying at a 4-star hotel. Very strange to keep charging for internet while it is supposed to be standard now.

This is a lovely hotel for the price paid but I was a bit disappointed to arrive at the hotel having made a reservation AND paid for the room through this very website (you know the one that starts w/O and ends w/z and doesn't want anyone to actually use their own name in their reviews) only to be handed a billing slip to sign at check-in...and the worst part was that I discovered I would have paid less if I'd booked directly with the hotel! Once that was straightened out I was even more disappointed to discover that I had to pay 50 dirhams per day for wi-fi service for 48 hours when I'd be there less than 12 hours total! Sleeping was great on Thursday night/Friday morning b/c there is no work on Friday here, but Saturday morning I was very displeased to be awakened by the sounds of construction which felt and sounded like as if the adjoining wall to my room was being torn down! The room was a bit tiny, but quaint and for the price it's perfect, but be prepared to have taxi ride cost more than it should b/c most of them don't know where the place is, and don't expect to sleep in unless your stay is only for Thursday night!

The hotel is brand new. In fact, it has only been open a few months. At this point it is still surrounded by construction and our taxi driver had a hard time finding the place. The hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. We got it for a very reasonable price for the quality of the hotel. I would stay there again.
