Nice property and restaurant
I've attended two Bett MEA Conferences at ADNEC and I stayed at the Aloft Abu Dhabi both times. Wouldn't be anywhere else! Onsite location, great amenities...but it's the staff that sets the hotel apart from its competitors. Everyone gives 110% to take care of the business traveler!
I went for a relaxing weekend getaway, hoping for some time by the pool, some shisha and nighttime views of the city from the terrace bar. However, most of the time I was dissatisfied with my experience. The pool was so overcrowded with small children (at one point there were at least 100 small children in the pool!) that a peaceful, relaxing time was far from reality. I had to deal with splashing, kids swimming all around me, under me, etc. In addition, I found out the terrace bar was closed due to renovations (even though it was recently renovated), and the hotel was no longer offering shisha due to a licensing issue. The room was clean and modern, with plenty of space. But this hotel vibe has definitely changed over the few years since I’ve stayed here. Now it seems more geared towards families with children.
Great Hotel. The staff and overall feel of the hotel exceeded my expectations. Will definitely book again.
it was a great experience at aloft hotel. we chose aloft hotel, because of the close distance to the embassy. but we didn't know how it turned to be a beautiful experience. they had the best customer service, friendly and very professional.
First of all, the location is good for me in terms of where I need to go and what I need to do. It's not downtown, but I like it that way. Second, the staff is so accommodating, professional and fast! I am in and out very quickly unless I've hit a big influx of people who come all at once and that's understandable. The pool is great on the 5th floor, the Friday brunch was lovely. The decor is hip, young and funky! The rooms are not huge, but I'm not looking for huge! They are exactly what I need for a weekend in Dubai. Thank you, Aloft! I've spent 4 weekends there now and will continue to do so. The best price in town and I get good value for my money.
Experience was good but walls are a little thin. You can hear the people next door.
