We booked in January so well in advance so managed to get a good deal. Hotel i s advertised on the beach but sadly there is a man made island/building site blocking the view which is a real shame. Staff were amazing and attentive. Our children are 13(boy) and 11(girl) they did struggle with finding things as hotel doesn't have any organised activities. Would recommend for couples and families with young children ( kids pool with climbing frame will keep them entertained for hours!) Food was exceptional. We were half board and only missed one evening meal out of the ten nights we stayed! Plenty of choice and lovely fresh ingredients.
it was good holiday staff very good and Natalie she was very good all our group was happy with her games she is very good we plane to go back again the pool is very good size and beach to and spa have the option and kids pleas have good games
Awesome hotel, thank you too all the staff ( especially staff at The Black Peal ) got a lovely chocolate cake, made our special weekend away very relaxing. Will definitely be returning next year .....
We enjoyed our stay except for the hot water from the shower because the cold water is not working. And also on this weather people should not be restricted from using the indoor pool. Thats the number reason why we chose the hotel for our son to enjoy the pool. The bed was comfortable.
I stayed here for a stopover, so unfortunately did not get time to sample the activities and all it had to offer. I was however very impressed by my beautiful room on the top floor, and lovely to look out and see water and palm trees. If I ever came back this way I would definitely stay here
Family weekend with two kids aged 5 & 2. Relaxing, good spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Friendly staff. Nice playing area in the kids pool but could use a little maintenance. Breakfast was very good.
An excellent hotel. All staff were very welcoming, rooms are a very high standard and very clean. A great range of dining experiences. Al Raha Beach is also very well positioned for easy reach into Abu Dhabi in one direction and YAs island on the other. Very relaxing.
It was a very good experience, but the building site was very noisy. All of the top it was a good experience, because it was our first time in Abu Dhabi. Service there is very excellent. Thanks to all
All on the highest level. Nice professional and professional service. Great and varied breakfast menu. Very good cleaning service. General impression is a great and recommendable hotel. Thanks for everything.
I had the best time staying in this hotel with my boyfriend last Friday 07/21. Although there were some glitches with the facilities like (power outlet, aircondition and shower), it was indeed a memorable stay! We were surprised with the very spacious corridor area and a huge room where we stayed at! The bathroom was so clean and I wouldn't mind sleeping in the bath tub. We had a bit of a hotel tour to check the facilities and it was somehow old yet impressive. We found a very nice indoor spa pool and was lucky enough to have an offer to stay there as that was only intended for the spa massage guests. It was a really wonderful gesture from this Filipino guy yet we prefer to stay in the poolbar. I would like to commend Mr. VEA ZY, if I'm not mistaken with his name. His simple but personal touch was such impeccable. He saw that I am wearing a hotel room slippers and immediately took out a pair of rubber slippers given for free, for me to avoid slipping or to get into any unexpected incident in the pool. It was so thoughtful of him that he takes care of his guest and serves from the heart. Thank you Vea! :) We stayed in the pool for almost 5 hours, enjoying our bubbly and some snacks under the heat of the sun. It's a little bit crowded in the pool as it was a weekend. Dinner was okay, thanks to Ram for taking care of us. Breakfast was wonderful and had a late check out as we don't really want to leave. Overall, 5*! We'll be back. :)
