Welcome break from a 8 hour flight. I booked it to cover a 8 hour lay over for my next flight. Money well spent as I had a sleep on a bed rather than a bench in the airport. The hotel was next to the departure gate .. so bonus.. ps the hotel provides the essential basics, that I need to break into my suitcase

The hotel room itself was amazing. However, I was waiting for my room for 1.5hrs after checkin along with 50+ people. Maybe this was unavoidable, but NO EXPLANATION was given. With this amount of time AT 1AM I could have stayed at a hotel outside the airport with equal quality and a MUCH LOWER PRICE.

Room was cold. There is no heating available. Room temp didnt go above 22 degrees. Dinner choices were limited and very bland I expected twin beds but got only one king bed room. Tv in room didn't work. Staff kept telling me i didnt know how to use it. Never sent a technician to fix it.
