It's our first time at Sheraton Abu Dhabi, our overall experience was excellent & that because of the irreproachable guest service ! With the few problems that we faced with Kids shouting in the corridors and the noises coming from the level above, the management did an excellent job to make it up by extending our checkout and follow ups. We are happy clients. For future guest, note that the rooms are quite small but they come with amazing bathroom.

Had the wonderful opportunity to return to the Sheraton Abu Dhabi. This hotel is just a great place for to be and the guest experience is exceptional. The guest reception is easy and convenient and friendly. I enjoyed the many features of the hotel after being at my well appointed and comfortable room. The pool, lagoon and fitness center are all nice, convenient and the Sheraton team members attending to you are outstanding. The Cloud Nine Bar also serves as the Lounge and the food and beverage selection are great! Moreover the team members make the experience so positive due to their friendly service. We had a wonderful dinner at El Sombrero Mexican restaurant! Fantastic food and the atmosphere and service are outstanding. Luciano does a great job! Thank you so much to Tala for making the stay so wonderful! Also thank you to Elmir, Bini, Diana Martinet and to the great General Manager Yves Tarabout. Am really eager to return to the Sheraton as soon as possible! Thank you!

This is the second time we have stayed here in the past year and we loved it so much we have booked again for October. The food in "Bravos " is stunning we had tapas and a black ink paella which was just wonderful. We stayed in room 214 and our neighbours decided to move their furniture around the room from midnight to 5 am which was incredibly " considerate " of them but the hotel sorted the problem out. That would be only complaint but not aimed at the hotel or the superb staff in anyway, we always find the staff right through the hotel incredibly helpful and courteous. Look forward to returning.

It is a pleasant, cozy and classic British themed sports pub. Shows all the football matches and other sports. The service was five star and staff were very hospitable. Meals seems reasonably priced. There is a good band too. The Manager, Doj was extremely helpful, charismatic, full of knowledge with good old humours who helped us to entertain and provided us with an unforgettable experience! However the low ceiling height and smokey environment needs to be improved! But I would not let you put off as the quality and service is consistently great!

The only thing that one sees when arriving at the hotel is a stark contrast between the building and surrounding sky scrapers... given the hotel must have been constructed decades ago (I was told it is one of the old ones in town, along with Hilton and InterContinental), it is still an excellent property in Sheraton portfolio. With a separate rather large pool for kids, it is a rather family friendly place. There are a number of restaurants right there on the property and by the looks of it (could not make it to all of them), they all have kids menus which is a bid plus. We stayed in one of the largest rooms on the property, so I cannot really comment on others, but whatever we go was top thing (with a small downside of smoke smell in the living room, but the rest of the rooms were actually OK). Stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Overall, all thumbs up!

I have recently stayed at Sheraton Abu Dhabi . This hotel is well located near corniche beach with wide options of food and beverages. staff was very courteous and helpful I would highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure travellers.

Just returned from another fantastic stay at the Sheraton. All through the stay the theme was welcome back and nice to see you again as the whole team made you feel special. We have been coming to the Sheraton now for 10 years for the experience and treatment we always receive. Check in as normal, very quick and our luggage taken to our club room. The rooms are well laid out with ample space and a good size wardrobe. The bathroom come prepared with good size towels and robes and toiletries. The huge queen size bed is a pleasure after a long day. Breakfast couldn't come any bigger in Flavors restaurant with all types of cuisine on offer. All the restaurants on the resort offer a mixture of tastes. We always eat at El Sombero as the Mexican food is delicious, we also ate at Bravo and found the Spanish tapes very tasty. Doj and his team at The Tavern British pub always on hand to ensure your drink never runs dry. The Sheraton is a truly wonderful hotel to visit and Yves and his team go out of their way to ensure all is well with you and your requirements, and the main reason for our continual return. Well done team Sheraton

You can notice that this hotel is older, the rooms are nice and a little updated. But for sure the poolside area can use an update. No matter what time of the day, there where no towels available.Ordering drinks took ages, if you would go the bar to order it would take up easily 5 minutes before anybody had the time to say hello. We bought the Entertainer for Abu Dhabi, since most outlets in the hotel where participating. But every single time there was an excuse to not except them, total waste of money and never experienced anything like this before in Dubai. At one point one of the staff decided to call his manager to explain that we could not redeem the voucher, which was very strange to start with. The manager then stated how we would dare to call her during the weekend? Luckily we went to the St. Regis for dinner and the where, friendly as always, accepting the vouchers for Villa Toscana without any hesitation. The main problem this hotel is having, is staff with an attitude. Unfriendly, rude and lacking supervision. This hotel is not close to what to you expect from a SPG hotel and therefore I would not recommend it to anybody. There are plenty of other options in Abu Dhabi and I am sure you will experience a better service anywhere. It was spoiler on my birthday weekend, to say.

Okay, the hotel is one of the oldest in the city and you notice this. Sure, but for the price you pay, you get a lot! The windows are not very big, but i guess that that is an advantage in summer. I stayed in a club room and had access to the complementary drinks and snacks. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the snacks. In the morning the snacks constitute of a small breakfast selection, Later they changed the snacks to some salads and small sandwiches and in the evening you had the choice of some warm snacks. Fruit, cheese, fresh orange juice and delicious small cakes... The pictures of the hotel give you the illusion that you are on on the beach near the sea, but reality is a bit different. The beach is on inlet that might have had a great view in the past, but now the view is blocked by a bridge with rather a lot of traffic. But it is still a nice alternative if you don't have the time to walk to the beach. If you leave the hotel turn right and right. The first underpass will give you access to the parks, the second one will give you access to the promenade next to the sea. A pleasant stroll of about half an hour will bring you to the public beach. The breakfast is one of the best I ever had. A wide choice of everything you could want (even bacon) that will satisfy everybody. All staff members were very friendly. It's a pity that some tourists order a fancy hotel and then don't dress up a little

I used to stay frequently beginning in 2012. The hotel got it's highs and lows, most of the time it was able to find a sweet sport between a leisure place and a business hotel. Recently it degraded to a 3rd class leisure resort. 3rd class because in 2nd people would here something like "good morning" when entering breakfast facilities, here it's just "room number please" Old things remain, rooms are (of course still) small, staff is changing frequently except a few core members in each venue who to be fair are still performing at their best. Back to breakfast, a table setup after one guest has left seems to be the same impossible like some friendly approach and greeting. The part with table setup and cutlery has always been an issue though. New issues arose, like in my case I have been approached by the sales department offering some business contract. Not hard to find out though, I've been booking several rooms at the time here over the years. I fell for this "contract" thing once at the very beginning where I was asked to pay IMMENSE out-of-contract prices during black out dates. Overall the contract has cost us around 25% more than just a regular booking on the SPG site or app. To make things worse, after I told them in a friendly manner that due to location advantages we are going to stay in another hotel with the team for the project, my very personal information has been passed on to this venue. This breaches not only local, but also SPG privacy statements which I expect to be honoured. This time there will be some aftermath not only telling the story on social networks but also legally.
