Our family enjoyed our very recent stay at Hilton Al Ain. Everything was nice, facilities, the room, excellent service and great staff like Elena and Sandra. One superb experience for me and my family. Thank you.
Stayed here for a long weekend with the family. Stayed in a chalet. What was good: - the main restaurant Flavours served decent food and had a nice verandah overlooking the adult pool - wifi quite quick - bed was comfortable What was not good: - the rooms were really tired, flaking paint, old and outdated fittings, slight smell - furniture in living room just seemed dirty - air con very noisy and not effective. - gardens in the chalets were sad and surrounded by cats. Plant pots were empty and general ambience depressing - main pool was massively over populated, not enough loungers, loungers were filthy and there was litter everywhere. Many parasols broken - the 'third' pool is just a puddle - no valet parking - very slow check in - only one choice of restaurant for half board - service in Hiltonia cafe really slow and often did not deliver what was requested A very underwhelming experience and despite being not too expensive it was not value for money.
The property is old, but has some really good and helpful staff. They go that extra mile to make sure guests are well taken care off. We enjoyed the pool and the open garden restaurant for our dinner time. The food and beverage are priced well and easy on the pocket. I may give it a though to stay at this hotel again.
excellent location, facilities, staff and worth for money. food and beaverages are perfect. swimming pool and tennis courts, ping pong, soccer playground, cafes and more you can enjoy with very freindlly and polite staff who exterted more than their best to make you happy
We visited for one night, the check in tried to mis inform us regarding UAE law and regulations, we found the hotel outdated. The main pool was incredibly busy with children so we went to the other pool which clearly states no children under the age of 12, yet this was then filled with shouting and splashing kids. In the morning we just wanted to buy a cup of coffee which seemed like a simple thing to do, it wasn't, and when I managed to get a coffee they charged us 65 dhs for 2 of the worse coffees. I'm sure if you want a cheap getaway with kids it's great but I wouldn't come again or recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing weekend getaway
Stayed here while visiting friends for a gaa tournament. Lovely hotel with 2 pools a few different restaurants and a bar. Bar food was lovely, big portions. Good band in the bar also. Great facilities. Not overly expensive for a Hilton hotel. The friendliest and most obliging staff I have ever come across. Our luggage didn't make it to the airport and we were waiting nearly 3 days for it. Asking at reception every time we passed "has our luggage arrived yet?" Shweta, the guest relations officer, rang etihad and the airport on our behalf and ensured the delivery of of our luggage. She didn't have to do this and we were so greatful and happy to have our luggage.
very bad services , bad rooms , old facilities , no clean , no response from the stuff , not value for money , no kids activity , no foods for kids in dinner , bad smell , no ac in the lobby , customer services need to train to do thier job , very agrresive and do nothing
very good hotel to stay as whole good and peaceful location Excellent breakfast Excellent health club room well furnished with all basic needs front office courteous and friendly quick check in/out internet connectivity should be quick and easy way.
The value compared to money is great but the hotel in general old. In room dinning breakfast is expensive compared to price. Kids had alot of fun in the pool and slides. The hotel is closed to many locations.
A lovely facility with everything you could want. Older room though (Rm 317) and even after a maintenance man came up our shower was still going hot and cold. The pool was lovely though and a good place in Al Ain. A big room as well which is always a bonus.
